I recently bought xbox game pass ultimate and its been 3 days and i havent got any updates they gave me a password and email it is not working i constantly keep messaging them and they ignore me most of the time and when i talk about a refund they say our team will contact u in 24-48 like wth yr itne ache reviews sunee the to ye to expect nhi hi kr rha tha. Maybe its only with the xbox game pass so pls buy games and dont buy the xbox games pass

Very very poor service they take money and wont reply for days.

To be frank, I regret purchasing the lifetime Xbox Game Pass from Cryztal Zone because the passwords provided rarely work, and I have no choice but return to them again and again in order to gain access.
In addition to that, the quality of customer service that this company provides is very poor. The representatives there answer late, and even when they do respond, the problems aren't solved properly – they just ignore my questions.
All in all, I would definitely not recommend this place for purchasing anything because they are both unreliable and dishonest.

I have recently found Cryztal Zone in Instagram and i reached for WWE 2k25 game..

Where in steam it was like Rupee 7999 and Cryztal zone helped me to purchase this game for 599 Rupee which helped me and game is working fine..

service has become quite pathetic u cant play games like you used to hve to wait a whole day for to get the steam guard code or hve to keep asking them and whenever the game gets update u cant play due to limit of 5 people in steam hve to wait a whole day otherwise u will get a 1 day banned due denuvo anti tampering
