We specialise in ear wax removal using Microsuction technology, irrigation and instrumentation. Our clinic is based in the heart of Whitburn Village and provides an environment that is relaxed and responsive to patients needs. We are passionate that ear care should be accessible to all patient groups, by also offering mobile clinics to care facilities and the house bound. Crystal Clear was founded by our experienced registered Nurse Rebecca Shields, with over 17 years of providing ear care in the community. Rebecca always strives to deliver the highest standard of care to patients and prioritises a personalised and holistic approach to ear care and wax removal. Quick and efficient hearing care
This was my first visit to get my ears checked... one was blocked. I had been to my local GP and had recieved a very cool, couldn't care attitude ... so I decided to go to Crystal clear (after a recommendation from their local pharmacy)
Rebecca was friendly efficient and gave a full explanation of the treatment. She made it a simple routine, which cured my condition immediately. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and disabilty awareness
This clinic provided me with good and confidential one to one service. I am visually impaired and I found the practitioner accommodated my disibility well.
After treatment, Crystal Clear Ears improved my hearing with almost immediate effect. In my view, this clinic is doing everything right, providing a particularly speedy service at an affordable price.

Having experienced wax removal a number of times I can honestly say this was the most relaxing treatment I have ever had. I felt so little discomfort and the nurse was so informative and helpful I would totally recommend the company to anyone who suffers as I do with ear wax problems .

Hearing improvement.
I was made to feel very relaxed by Rebecca and she explained everything in detail prior to examining my ears. During the extraction of wax from my ears each step was explained in detail. The visit was very beneficial for myself as my hearing has improved after the removal of wax.
