This team is Honest, helpful, constructive. Sometimes the co-ordination seems a problem when one is always in contact with a team; and you're not handling in person. Not here.
I am a very satisfied costumer for years now.

OK. I have been seriously thinking whether CP was a genuine company or another "exchange" where not to store your bitcoin but since July when I restarted using my account again after hodling away with BTC bought at 40 and 50 k values I made a test transfer for €10 euros and got my transactions suspended! Yeah! Just before my holidays and so I had to send them the requested online Bank statement (which wasn't enough) and then by chance my Spanish based Fiscal representative had the possibility of getting a "signed" Bank statement from January onwards as the June statement taken online wasn't enough as it also showed very few transactions, i.e. PayPal debit, etc.!
Needless to say I was a bit mad at first but got "unblocked" and I breathed a sigh of relief.
Then in October I tried another test this time with my debit card from my Bank in Spain (I live in another country) and it either didn't go through or whatever so I got nicked in Transaction jail again having to send CP a selfie with the card I had used last and a piece of paper with the date for Cryptopay. I abided and go unblocked!
Then I tried a Bank Transfer from the same Spanish Bank and it did go through but I got "suspended". MAs as Hell I sent the team an email explaining this could have been an ERROR from their system and I didn't have to do any more selfies to get the account going again! Phew!
I understand that these checks are for our own good (their clients) although annoying I feel that now I am better known by the whole CP support team and it's like home for my BTC. I don't trade. I just want to hodl while the going is easy for bitcoiners.
In short: I knew nothing about crypto nor trading but I wanted an easy way of buying BTC with FIAT euros so that happens to be great considering that the Spanish Bank Santander is limiting if not blocking UK customers from buying bitcoin (scared)! I don't live in the UK either but I had an account in Spain so I will have to hang on and make sure they don't realize that I am buying the lovely bitCoin. This is a good way of doing it. Otherwise, you can hold your own keys by downloading the whole Bitcoin Core and running it on your computer if you have the inclination and the patience and time that it requires.
So, in short iLoveBitcoin and I love these guys in Estonia. For now, we are happy!
I hope this is not too long-winded but now I can recommend Cryptopay and I advise people to use their accounts before they charge you as I have read in some of these reviews here. Thank God I read that now. That's why you get checks also, for not using the account for a long time.
I prefer emails to the support team as the online chat always finds them away when I am available to chat (after 5 PM, Estonia time).
Fair enough! I have dealt with another company in Estonia for real coins as you might find my reviews here on Trust Pilot and I think they are quite genuine people.

Excellent app and it'svery user friendly, lets you use your crypto through a prepaid card which is very helpful.

Have been using this app for around 2 years now and I have never faced any major problem what so ever.
Customer service is great and really responsive.

Would expect to see some perks coming up as we can find on other similar app

I hate that I had to remove my btc from Cryptopay. I opened an account when they started because it's a great service. But, I'm here in the U.S. where service is no longer available. Their customer service was awesome with communication and the withdrawal protocol.

Yet another stupid startup.
I sent them a copy of my valid passport (still vaid for many years) yet they said it's expired.
They only give an option to take a photo of your bank statement with your webcam (you cannot upload a pdf) , but I had my bank statement in PDF, so I converted it to a picture to send it to them and they said "we don't accept screenshots".

Exceptional customer service and prefer it over wirex. The platform is built well, there is more maneuverability through Cryptopay than there is crypto.com, and a lot easier to manage my account. If the platform remained exactly the way it is now i can see myself staying with Cryptopay a long time. Another reason i wanted to use Cryptopay is because they allow GB bank transfers via the Faster payments network as its less fees using cards this is what appealed to me to start using this company.

For me, Cryptopay is one of the best BTC wallets I know of. Almost anything is possible. With an IBAN number and debit card you have everything you need, but rCryptopay offers a lot more. Der Support ist freundlich und effizient.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with they stop my account as I put money in then wanted every bit of information plus photos of bank card a question air and want to know why I want a crypto account and when I said for investment they were not Happy with that answer STAY AWAY please 22/10/22
