But was told it was a fraudulent transaction, which it wasn't Blocked my account and tried to register a new account but the refuse to do so.

Terrible customer service. Possible scam
Almost impossible to register an account. Set up an account with email and attempted to upload driver ID for verification, yet was told country details did not match. That makes no sense. I log off and can not log on as Cryptopay now tellls me that log on credentials are invalid. Customer service is almost non existent. All I recieved was an unhelpful email. Tried to register again. Was told enter code sent to my mobile when registering but I received nothing. Click resend and still nothing. Terrible customer service. Makes me think this is a scam site.

Super unprofessional. Asked for all kinds of documents during the registration process and then requested exactly the same documents two days later for another verification. If that’s the levels of professionalism we are dealing with, it is probably as safe as FTX. PS: Had contacted the support of course, was a waste of time…

A good place for your crypto deposits or withdraws. Verification was easy and the limits can be changed after a second verification. One star deducted because there are fees for nearly everything. But in general transfers work quite fast on this site.

Support is great if you run into issues
I had an issue where an online retailer was rejecting a virtual Cryptopay card. I got in touch on the weekend and by Monday the problem was solved. It’s the first and only time I’ve had an issue. I rate Cryptopay highly and it’s the first time I’ve felt like I’m speaking to real people in customer support and not just employees following a script.

Beyond stupid and far beyond useless
Every change they've done to their system/interface makes the functionality worse and makes you waste more time and money.
On top of that, there's a few annoying glitches in their website. And even if you report to them, they are so cocky and useless that they don't admit it and blame it on the user instead.
The customer service in the chat is a joke. A really bad one. Slow, arrogant and they don't have a clue.
To finish it off, they treat you like if you were stupid.
A true insult to the intelligence.
If you appreciate your money and your time, stay away from them.

First of all, our agents didn't mean to treat you that way - we are sorry if you had that impression 😢
As we understand, you are referring to the moment while making a withdrawal - that the transaction fee becomes visible only after entering the address and amount. We see, that it takes a couple of seconds more to enter all this data before you see the fee, however, it wasn't done just because we wanted to make life of our customers harder. Quite the opposite, as you might know, the crypto transfers between Cryptopay wallets are free of charge. So, to check if the address is from Cryptopay, we need to have the address entered.
Yes, if you send crypto out of Cryptopay, it might be a little bit more uncomfortable than in was before, but if you know that the receiver is our user, you don't even have to count the fee - it will be 0, isn't it great?
As for other "glitches" you've mentioned, we are investigating them - and sorry, you've faced them - we'll do our best to fix them all. As for your words about our Support team - we'll take it into consideration as well.
