Crunch Labs boxes were delivered weekly during the Summer! My grands enjoyed building the projects and watching them operate. A new Summer experience!

Kids loved the disc launcher! Video companion was awesome and they can’t wait for their next box!

Its an overseas delivery and the tracking keeps timing out. After a week the item still hasn't left your facility.

My son loved his first crunchlabs kit. He was VERY excited. We love investing in something he will learn from and love playing with.

Long story short, my CrunchLabs subscription auto renewed and I didn't catch it in time. With my son's birthday 10 days out and different plans for his gift, I emailed asking what my options were.

They cancelled it, refunded the full amount, and told me to gift the box to him anyway. That's not a typical support response. That's a company that actually cares about its customers.

The boxes themselves are fantastic, my kids love the hands on builds, but it's the service that turned us into lifelong customers. Highly recommend.

My 9 year old is a big fan and was so excited to get his first box for his birthday! He put it together on his own and with no problems. So far, so good!

Great product. My daughter was excited to make it and loves playing with it. I’m afraid we’re going to lose the little red discs very quickly (already lost one - in the grass? Under a bush?). They shoot out very fast so I told her to use it outside, at least until her aim improves. I was worried something would break inside.

My daughter loved it! She played with the disc launcher for hours after we put it together!

It was built In seconds , wish for 32$ it was more challenging and more disks included once they go under the couch they are gone

Great quality video and supplies -- kids loved it and learned lots of cool stuff -- still enjoying the build.

My grandson thought it was the best day ever and he loved it. He wants the platinum ticket so bad. He is six years old and thinks Mark Rober is the best

Not impressed with the customer service. I have 2 subscriptions and instead of communicating with me, my orders have not been sent. When I attempted to reach out and clarify, my messages were not addressed.

The first box came fast and my son loved putting it together and playing with it.

I honestly have waited about a year before purchasing a subscription through crunchlabs. I didn’t want it to be a trend or for him to not be into it. I was also concerned with the value of the products. We finally purchased it for his birthday and the smile, excitement and enthusiasm was priceless. I’m surprised by how thoughtful the product was made and he loved it so much we can’t wait to get box 2!

I ordered the crunch lab first level for my grandson in January 2026 he needed the next level we wanted to go up to next level. I had to ordered a whole year subscription he received one and now I’m receiving one also and I have been charged for two. I only want one to go to grandson Please credit my credit card back for one subscription. Just know you can’t switch labs as easy as they say you will have to buy a whole nether one and only get credit back for what you haven’t used

I ordered this for my eight year old son and he was so excited! He was able to do everything himself and was so proud of the end product. We’re only one box in but I’m so glad I decided to purchase! Looking forward to what all these projects will inspire him to design as he gets older. Definitely recommend!

All of it, fast delivery from day it was ordered, a little pricey but honestly once it was here my son was over the moon and it was well worth it. Quality of materials as well as directions and the videos to go along with the projects. Very well thought out; very creative and very useful/fun and engaging. I cannot recommend highly enough to friends and family.

Kids love it, however, the motor broke within minutes of putting it together, so that was a bummer!

They offer replacement parts! Amazing!!! Thank you CRUNCHLABS you rock!

first purchase, my son was really excited and when we received it the main piece was missing. He was extremely upset as he waited so long for this to come.
