This was our second time booking a cruise with the agency, and once again we had an amazing experience.
On our very first cruise, we were completely new to everything, but Violeta took the time to walk us through every detail, explain how cruising works, and show us all the benefits. She was always available whenever we had questions, no matter how small.
We enjoyed that first trip so much that we booked our next cruise as soon as we came back home. And once again, Violeta did an outstanding job — she consolidated all our different offers, discounts, and options and made the whole process smooth and stress‑free.
At this point, we honestly can’t imagine booking with anyone else in the future.

We took a cruise on january 2025. We started from Miami on two week cruise in the Caribbean. It was perfect and we are very satisfied with cruisetopic and their agents. They were there for everything. We booked cruise again in december 2026 and we cant wait!!
