This company are total joke and do nothing but harass you and threaten you with you will pay the court costs if you don’t turn up 2 court . Avoid them all cost.
Jodie was very helpful today, lovely to talk to
I dealt with Emma Nash who handled a complaint for me, she showcased empathy, listening to my concerns regarding my mother’s vulnerability, she took accountability and provided a quick and measured approach to a delicate situation. Her customer service was outstanding and was a credit to her organisation.
Thank you for the great service you gave me great guys helped me All the way.would advice anybody to go to them.
Emma was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of my case. She followed up our calls by issuing helpful emails promptly.
A totally professional and efficient Company, Emma Nash guided me through my miss selling Motor finance claim and resolved any issues quickly and offered important advice where necessary, if you are thinking of making a claim I would highly recommend Consumer Rights Solicitors.
This so called legitimate solicitors company sends threatening and unsolicited emails to people who have never signed up for their car finance reclaims service.
For anyone who this has also happened to, they can easily be reported to Solicitors Regulation Authority. This can be done on the SRA website.
Hopefully enough people doing this will shut them down.
Emma Nash has been a massive help through a very stressful time with issues with having multiple claims with different companies.
Emma was very quick to respond via emails and always gave me support and advise when needed..
The company have also been kind to cancel some of my claims for free, which was very appreciative of them.
Once again I cannot fault the quick responses to all emails and to Emma Nash who has made this process so much better for me.
The lady that helped me explained things well and she was compassionate thankyou

I contacted Consumer Rights Solicitors to review a claim I had with them. I spoke to one of their representatives Bryan Aryeetey who was extremely helpful and was able to deal with my questions and eased the concerns I had.
Not only did he review the current claim I had with them he explored the possibility of a new claim that I had missed.
He was patient and explained everything clearly.
This was the first time I had contacted them directly, the phone was answered quickly, he found my details quickly and answered the question I had.
Excellent service, I would definitely recommend Consumer Rights Solicitors.
