Good experience. There was never any pressure to buy. Details were explained clearly. Dan was very professional & had a comprehensive knowledge of the vehicle. The car which I traded in was bought from Croyland some 12 years ago & it was reassuring to see that the same professional standards are still maintained.

We booked a test drive of a Toyota Yaris at Croyland Car Megastore.
On arrival we were met by Jamie Waller. The car was ready for us to inspect and he ran through the car specifications with us and then accompanied us on the test drive.
We decided to buy the car - Jamie ran through the purchasing options available. We were given a fair price for my old car and the deal was done.
Throughout Jamie was extremely professional and helpful. We were not pressurised in any way unlike previous sales people I have encountered.
A date was arranged to pick up the car and to finalise the paperwork.
Every thing was prepared and ready for us. Due to my husband leaving his wallet at home Jamie managed to sort out a bank transfer with his accounts department which saved us having to return on another day.
I have no hesitation in recommending Croyland Cars and Jamie Waller.

I bought a car (Hyundai Ionic) from Croyland Cars, and Ben was very helpful throughout the process. He handled the finance smoothly and made the whole transaction easy. I’m happy so far and just waiting for my V5C so I can sort out my insurance, as they need it in my name. Once I get that, I’ll finally be able to drive the car 🚘. I had been wanting a new car for a while, so when I saw the one I wanted at Croyland in Rushden I went to have a look. Ben Pugh was the salesman who greeted me. I found his non-pushy demeanor very refreshing, so decided he would get my custom. Ben was very professional (actually had a sense of humour, rare these days) he explained everything very thoroughly and clearly and as my car was not ready on the day we agreed Ben gave me a call and advised the reason why and with out hesitations i was a given a courtesy car so Thank you for the wonderful service from you and your team
