Lynn and all the team have been amazing. I had a slight issue with the car that needed to be addressed by Vauxhall. Not only did they promptly sort this. Lynn sorted a car being delivered to my workplace and my car collected. No quibbles or anything. On return of my car, again promptly sorted delivered back to my work place today. Amazing communication throughout and nothing was to much trouble. Really happy and very grateful to all the team involved. Thank you

A great experience in buying for the 1st time from Croyland. Daniel Aspinall couldn't have been more helpful, from 1st enquiry to test drive then purchase. Very smooth transaction, great deal and highly recommended if you are in the market for some new wheels.

My whole car buying experience was amazing thanks to our sales assistant Charlie. We were able to explore all the cars we were interested in and picked one immediately after. There was no pressure, just helpful advice for what car was best suited to me. Even after I’d bought the car I was looked after well. I’m able to phone up or just show up and Charlie would go over and beyond to help me with my car. So glad I bought here!

Avoid at all cost!!!
Had no end of problems with the car, bought it back in January 2025, hadn't even had it 3 days and the engine light came on, and still to this day this problem hasn't been resolved. I am sick of being fobbed off with them saying there's no found faults with the car "it drives fine". I have 3 young children and with an engine light that keeps coming on and off is really not safe and yet they still say there's nothing they can do, also claiming against my warranty for work they haven't even carried out is beyond a joke. Trying to call them about this is almost impossible, they never pick up the phone or make out they are busy in meetings so to ring back another time.
I have been to another RAC APPROVED garage that have given me a report to say that there is faults with my car so at the moment I will be taking matters further under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to have this matter rectified.
Please stay away from this car place.

Charlie was very understanding and patient when I was looking for a new car. He was very efficient and very helpful with everything. Definitely recommend Croyland cars.

This was my first time dealing with Croyland Car Megastore, very professional from start to finish with a quick and easy sale along with a part exchange. Ben Pugh was very welcoming and made the experience extremely positive aswell as giving me a good and fair deal, I would recommend to anyone.

Couldn’t thank the team at Croyland enough if I tried. Went to look and get prices and George helped with that and not pressuring me at all. Came back the following day and was placed in the hands of Charlie. He was so approachable and professional! He helped with anything I asked or questioned him about.
