I have won Almost $1600 and made a withdrawal and still haven't received the money in my account it has been 7 days i strongly recommend not use this site

I am still waiting for my withdrawal and it's been 5 days. Received an email that my withdrawal was unaccepted from my bank. I am afraid this site is a scam as well. Played at a lot of online casinos and this one seems to be shady!!! They easily took my money.

I actually made an account just for this, today i stumbled upon this site lured by its promised free spins which i got but wouldnt actually get the money without spending around 1,688 euros lol which is my bad so i was like aight ill take my loss and missed out money and just withdraw my 20 euros which i inputed only to get free spins however the site does not allow u to withdraw money and this is what it says “to withdraw, the amount of each deposit must be fully cleared/bet on“, so i was like hey thats really stupid but aight and bet all my money on some tennis match and won however i still cannot withdraw my money even after this so yea money down the drain

ive been requesting withdrawal for over 2 weeks it says that they deposit funds within 3 days but always have problem with it

in the end i got deposited 300$ ive requested to withdrawal

Do not use these guys,been 8 days since making a withdrawal,t&cs say 1-3 days have enquired several times over the last couple days to no reply,these guys are a scam and I have seeked legal advice to try get my money back,the withdrawal is 3 lots of 750! So it's alot of money they have taken from me

Do not use this website. I've made a withdrawal and it was processing for over 6 days without any response as to why. Still nothing and they just seem to be ignoring my emails now. The customer service is just bots that send the same response and the email service is the same. Please do not waste your money like I did as this site is a scam and they will muck your around for weeks without an answer.

Sampauls19 I am a level 5VIP on crownplay… support by some vip managers is ok but mostly radio silence! They only work a few hours a day! there are major things to worry about! Withdrawlimits… I have dep about 4000aud weekly I can’t cashout over 2.3k daily…(I AM A TOP LEVEL VIP and my limit is 2.3k) and it’s only three pending cashouts at Anytime!!! it can take up to 12 business days to process one!!! so it can be like ONE 2.3k cashout per week if unlucky!!!! WHEN I FIRST PLAYED IT TOOK 12 business days for one cashout!!! This site has way way way to many fine prints or technically!!!! good site to play on for games BUT be prepared to get penetrated rough!!! and when they are in the wrong “hey sorry just be patient it’s only 8 business days late..” only for them to disconnect chats and leave you to eat a massive penis!

Deposited funds via their BNB crypto method, using the crypto address they supplied, funds left my wallet but never made it to the site’s cashier. Waited a hour, contacted them, they replied wait two hours, so I did, contacted them again, they told me someone from the finance department will email me, I waited 6 hours before I contacted them again, only for them to tell me again that someone will email me. I finally received a email a couple hours later, had nothing to do about retrieving my funds, even though I sent multiple screenshots of the fund’s transaction being completed and transferred, it was only an email offering a bonus if I make a deposit. After that I haven’t heard from them and I never got my money.. poor customer support, and service. Won’t go near this casino and affiliates ever again. I recommend spending money with a different casino group

This is my take on this place as I've just signed up yesterday 22nd March...right off the bat, did not like it, you can't deposit an amount of your choice e.g $32..its minimum is $30aud and goes up in increments of $10,$20 etc...I had issues with 1st deposit match bonus..it wasn't added, secondly, I had contacted customer support (live chat) told them my issue, a female rep jumps on, tells me to hold, then comes back 5 minutes later to close the chat..like as in, she couldn't help me and decides to end our chat session...got bonuses added after 2 attempts...so customer service is crape.
The layout of the website and the nativigation of the place..I dislike it so much, it's not like other places, it's time consuming figuring out which tab to click on to get to so and so.
Also, verification.. I for one always upload documents/I.d straight after 1st deposit, this place, it states I don't need to verify my account as yet, seems very shady to me...I contact live chat again,and ask if they could provide me with an email address to send my documents to as that was another option the casino stated on their website, we'll, this rep said they can not provide me with an email address as it's confidential therefore they couldn't provide it??? Like what actual f#$k...an email address? Confidential?

Randomly decided to close my account based off administrative reasons( did nothing wrong) wont tell you why they closed the account. Cant access the money I had left in my account, won’t process any withdrawals I had either. When you talk to the help line they just say someone will email you with an update, it’s been a week now and no one has said anything. Complete scam, save your money. Even if you actually win, you won’t end up getting anything paid out. Hopefully this helps some others, these gambling sites are supposed to be licenses but they end up being crooks that’s steal everyone’s money. Stay away from this site

Crownplay was great when I first signed up them, support people where very nice and kind and the games where fun and I was happy with the amount of bonuses I was receiving in accordance to my losses.
However now crownplay have become rude they sign you out of the casino randomly in order to end the chat when you are trying to discuss important issues, I don't receive what I am eligible for in the way of bonuses. Sorry to say crownplay i am closing my account
