Do not use this website. I've made a withdrawal and it was processing for over 6 days without any response as to why. Still nothing and they just seem to be ignoring my emails now. The customer service is just bots that send the same response and the email service is the same. Deposited funds via their BNB crypto method, using the crypto address they supplied, funds left my wallet but never made it to the site’s cashier. Waited a hour, contacted them, they replied wait two hours, so I did, contacted them again, they told me someone from the finance department will email me, I waited 6 hours before I contacted them again, only for them to tell me again that someone will email me. I finally received a email a couple hours later, had nothing to do about retrieving my funds, even though I sent multiple screenshots of the fund’s transaction being completed and transferred, it was only an email offering a bonus if I make a deposit. After that I haven’t heard from them and I never got my money.. poor customer support, and service. Won’t go near this casino and affiliates ever again. This is my take on this place as I've just signed up yesterday 22nd March...right off the bat, did not like it, you can't deposit an amount of your choice e.g $32..its minimum is $30aud and goes up in increments of $10,$20 etc...I had issues with 1st deposit match bonus..it wasn't added, secondly, I had contacted customer support (live chat) told them my issue, a female rep jumps on, tells me to hold, then comes back 5 minutes later to close the chat..like as in, she couldn't help me and decides to end our chat session...got bonuses added after 2 attempts...so customer service is crape.

Randomly decided to close my account based off administrative reasons( did nothing wrong) wont tell you why they closed the account. Cant access the money I had left in my account, won’t process any withdrawals I had either. When you talk to the help line they just say someone will email you with an update, it’s been a week now and no one has said anything. Complete scam, save your money. Even if you actually win, you won’t end up getting anything paid out. Hopefully this helps some others, these gambling sites are supposed to be licenses but they end up being crooks that’s steal everyone’s money. Stay away from this site
Crownplay is rude and disrespectful to members
Crownplay was great when I first signed up them, support people where very nice and kind and the games where fun and I was happy with the amount of bonuses I was receiving in accordance to my losses.
However now crownplay have become rude they sign you out of the casino randomly in order to end the chat when you are trying to discuss important issues, I don't receive what I am eligible for in the way of bonuses. Sorry to say crownplay i am closing my account
