This casino and all of the casinos that are owned by Rabidi N.V. are terrible for paying you out. I have consistently been waiting over a week for withdraws. Their policy says 3 business days. You are only allowed max to withdraw 750 dollars so if you win any real amount it will take you YEARS TO GET!

I started early this year only made a few small deposits of 100 or so over a couple of weeks then had a 40000 win .monthly withdrawal limits of around 5000 apparently they have been dragging out three 800 dollar withdrawals a month only payed twice so far tried to loose my remaining balance because I was so angry now it's at 70000 and I can't withdraw it.they keep saying there is computer issues there is a back log every excuse under the sun .DON'T TRUST THIS SITE AT ALL THERE ARE BETTER SITES OUT THERE THAN THIS ONE.

I requested a self-exclusion from Crown Play Casino on 31st January, but my request was completely ignored. Despite reaching out, my account remained active, and between 3rd and 8th February, I ended up depositing $7,845 — money I wouldn’t have spent had my exclusion been actioned responsibly.

I requested the withdrawal on 15/1/25 - it is now 1/2/25 and the withdraw is still sitting at the initial stage since I made the request. I have spoken to chat more then several times and although they are always lovely I am given the same auto generated answer. I emailed support by email and the complaints team. Over seven (7) days ago and have not received a response from either parties as yet.

Standard con, a heap of initial small to medium pays however nothing to warrant a withdrawal.
Then every deposit would just wither away.
