Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 43 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Customers experienced significant delivery delays, noting that packages took several weeks or even months to arrive from overseas locations. Buyers also reported poor product quality, incorrect sizing, and unexpected extra charges billed to their accounts without proper explanation. Communication with the online seller proved extremely difficult, as people struggled to resolve issues or secure full refunds for missing items. Haven't received order

Haven't received order. Ordered over a month ago. Emailed them because tracking shows stuck in the US. Note it also says it shipped from "Spain". Now they sent me a new tracking# and said they sent today, however the tracking# has info that dates back to 12 days ago? From China. Also charged totally different amount to my Paypal than my invoice.

It took weeks to receive my order which was the wrong item. They have refused to offer me anything other than a $7 credit for my inconvenience. When I refused the $7 they locked my account so I can’t access my original order. I found a different shirt that is very similar to the one I originally ordered at the exact same price and asked if they could just send me that one and they told me no, that the shirt they sent is what I ordered and they will refund me $7 end of story! They have refused to provide me with a contact phone number or address, I’ve found numerous addresses online and I have to contact them all bc I have no idea which one is correct. They claim they mailed the correct shirt and will not meet me in the middle with an exchange. Even saying it would cost me too much to return the shirt so take the $7 and keep the shirt!
They are very unprofessional and the most difficult company I’ve ever had to deal with…

An absolute scam

An absolute scam. What is most disturbing is that these racketeering fraudsters are trapping Christians. It’s a disgusting disgrace. No returns nor refunds and absolutely inferior product quality. Run. I am exploring international
Criminal charges.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a size medium tee shirt and received an XXL. In my communications for remediation of the problem, sending copies of my order proving my Medium size order, they repeatedly insisted that the item I received was what I ordered and offered only a $6 refund. Hardly a faith based company.

Claim to be made in America

Claim to be made in America. The address on the website shows a CA address. A couple of days after my order I received $2.75 international service fee charge. When I called my bank they said it was tied to the purchase I made on 9/11 that was processed on 9/15. Shirts are NOT cotton as depicted on the website. Shirts are NOT true to size.

DODGY company, they just want MONEY

DODGY company. I ordered a t-shirt then within hours I requested to cancel it (for ethical reasons, I do not agree with them making money out of Charlie Kirk's death!) I've sent countless emails to their customer support team and they have said the item is on its way and refused to refund my money, when I gave them more than enough time to cancel the order. I now have to go through my credit card company. They are anti-Christian if anything, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

They sent my.order to PayPal. I don't even have PayPal and PayPal charges an extra 20 if you dont have it. Tried finding a phone number there isnt one. Email goes no where. Spoke to PayPal to cancel, they couldn't find a phone number. Im in the process of PayPal canceling it. Horrible experience. Very sketchy.

I am so disappointed

I am so disappointed. I was so looking forward to receiving the shirts I attempted to order. I was going to give them as gifts. However the website was not working properly. I tried and tried to place my order. I wasted so much time. Then I got a fraudulent charge on my card. I received an email saying my order was still in the cart and they were offering 80% off. I tried to respond to their contact info and it went nowhere. SCAM! UGH.....

Disgusting scam – exploiting Jesus’s name to rip people off

Crosswayfashion.com is beyond a scam — it’s offensive. They actually use Jesus’s name on their shirts and products, pretending to be some “Christian” brand, but in reality they are ripping people off. I ordered from Canada and they charged me in USD, then converted it to GBP, making me pay way more than advertised.

Using faith and religion as a cover to deceive people is one of the lowest tricks a business can pull. This is not a Christian company — it’s a scam operation hiding behind God’s name to steal money.

Do NOT support them. They are liars, cheats, and frauds who disgrace the very name they claim to represent.
