Amazing service, and their after customer service is fantastic. Could not get the medicine from 4 pharmacies and they went the extra mile to call and find out which pharmacy had it available.

Im very disappointed.
It not the first time I used your serviced but it is the laast time.
I booked and payed for a consultation. Then noting happend no call no noting .
There is no way I can followup or contack any one .
There no option on the portal .

This is starting to feel like a scam

Amazing service!! Very friendly assistance and SUPER fast delivery! I had completely run out of my meds, and they went out of their way to get it to me before my next dosage! Plus it was my first time using them, but will now be a regular client. Keeping me in the loop the entire time! You will definitely be seeing me more often! Pricing is excellent as well. Every time I request an appointment the point up to payment is perfect. When I must make the actual appointment is where the problem lies. My last request I paid but did not have a consultation with a doctor. One of the Contro Agents made an appointment with a doctor of there choosing on a date and time that they choose. When this doctor called me I advised her that no one confirmed this arrangement with me and I only book with one particular doctor. Bad service.

Initially i had payment issues but i realised that my VPN was causing the issue.
once resolved, i was able to book my appointment, the appointment occurred at the date and time. i found the doctor to be friendly and professional and the treatment she prescribed was effective. it's a great service for busy people

Contro is very easy to use. I completely my application in under 10 minutes and offers many affordable options. I was also able book a quick consultation with one of their on call doctors and they were very friendly, professional and covered everything needed.

Control is very professional and helped me to select the right birth control for me. They are on time with your orders. Very happy with my choice to go with Control.

1. I paid R150 and assumed that it covers my birth control too but that was only the consultation fee.
2. The delivery? I didn’t even receive an SMS that my order was dispatched. The driver ended up leaving with my package because I wasn’t at home. And your courier drivers are rude. Specifically from Courierit
