Tom and Rebecca (the owners) are wonderful. They helped me donate two trees this year and connected me with a charitable group aligned with my interests. Their products are top quality. You would be hard pressed to work with two better people. They’re the best!

Absolutely amazing service! Ordered my tree for December and couldn’t wait any longer so emailed and asked if it could come early - not a problem at all. A few days later I’m now looking at my beautiful, no - perfect Christmas tree!! We all absolutely love it! Completely takes the hassle away from trying to squeeze one in the car. It comes packaged lovely and you open it up like a festive wardrobe. Thank you Croft and Cole! We will definitely be ordering again for next year.

I cannot express how impressed I am with Croft and Cole! This is our second year ordering from them and the quality of the trees are amazing! But even better than that is the customer service! I love the email updates and tracking info. This year I had a little problem and they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations to ensure I had my perfect tree! This is my first time buying a real Christmas tree and I thank Croft & Cole for making it so simple and easy. The tree is beautiful and fresh. It was safely packed in a thick cardbox and was delivered on time. I also love their Woodland Walk scented candle, smells so cozy and christmassy. Will definitely make the next purchase!

So impressed with this company that I stumbled across via an advert on Instagram one night. Their trees looked perfect but I thought surely not? I took a chance and oh my goodness our tree is stunning. Ordering was super simple, delivery was excellent and the tree was perfectly packaged in recyclable packaging. I can’t fault a thing!

Ordered the Poached English Pears candle as I wanted a scent to bridge the gap between Autumn and Christmas. This candle did not disappoint - a wonderful fragrance in a chic copper coloured holder. It fits perfectly with my home. Thank you Croft and Cole
