Just stole my btc and keep responding that it is under review after 2 weeks. Scam
Update:
After 5 weeks they told me they approved my refund but 10 days later i am still writing them and they did not send any refund because they need senior management approval.
Update 2: After 17 days since my refund was "approved" they do not even bother to respond to my emails.

I made my first transaction in Ledger!!! I can’t believe it! No more bouncing around to different exchanges! I can do it all right from Ledger!! Amazing…

They work with an Exodus wallet, terrible customer support, blocked my funds 5 months ago, and within 5 months, they just reply to me with the same message, scammers!!! The Exodus wallet helps them!!!

UPD: Another 3 months have passed, I have not received any response from this exchanger. they don't want to help you, beware of these scammers

Customer Service is terrible. I still dont understand why Ledger would partner with them. Made one transaction with them and it conveniently was lost after they recieved $15k and there customer services doesnt return emails. Which sucks cause that is the only way to get a hold of them.

took my coin and never received my btc in return

In June 2021, I sent 3350 matic to the address they provided to me, I did not receive the exchange for them. They responded to my requests saying that they temporarily did not have access to the wallet, on December 29, 2022 they moved my 3350 MATIC to another wallet. HORRIBLE !! Cripointercanbio has taken hostage my theta coins, started a swap, they stopped it and stolen my coins.
It’s been over 3 week ( March 24 2023) and same excuse from their AML cr@p team.
Do NOT use them!

These people are crooks. Do not use them. They stole my assets and won't give them back or do the swap. Warning do not use this company. They work with Lobstr in the Lobstr app. I have done KYC and screen shots with transaction number and swap numbers and they still stole my assets.

Very easy process for users

I realized Ledger Live changed to this exchange for US clients. I been exchanging coins with previous provider with no problems. I decided to give CIC a shot and sent my XRP in exchange for BTC all through the Ledger app. I received my BTC within an hour.

On November 8, I exchanged 12 eth for 120xmr. The exchange was frozen, on the same day I passed KYC. Already on November 24, I still haven't received any money and I bear constant losses due to the exchange rate. They refuse to give a legal address. I'm preparing a lawsuit.
This exchanger does not conduct any investigation and these are just excuses, since the funds have already left their wallet on the exchange.

Lost $4000 worth of Matic and did not receive my exchange from them. Used the correct exchange wallet address and still (1 month) have not received my exchange. It's a scam.
