I had a little problem with some Crep guards. Emailed the customer service and they were very quick to respond and sort it for me with regular communication and updates, so much so that I would have no hesitation continuing to buy products from them as they made me feel like a valued customer.

No matter how many times I try to clean my shoes they remain the same

I purchased a six pack crates last year and placed it near the entrance of my house. They have been looking great with my Yeezys ever since.

However, one of the crates was accidentally broken a few days ago, and one of its side panels was shattered. I didn't want to throw it away just because of that, so I contacted their customer support team via email. They responded promptly within a few hours and after confirming some basic information, they shipped the panel the next business day via UPS at no charge to me.

I am extremely impressed by the great customer service I received, especially since it was mostly my fault. Thank you so much for the amazing product, and more importantly, amazing service!!!

I had a product get destroyed in the mail from a 3rd party website. Once in contact Crep immediately shipped out a new one. Amazing company and been a user for over 7+ years

Wonderful customer support! Had a major problem and got it resolved quickly and easily. The customer representative I was speaking to, Adam, was patient and going above and beyond to help get my issue fixed. This is by far one of the best customer support experiences i’ve had so far! As for the products, I got the ultimate gift pack. It it truly a bundle with a variety of products. I would recommend, 10/10!

I have been using the spray protect for many years. Always impressed and happy.
I recently upgraded to the ultimate set. Due to shipping issues there was a problem. Within 24 hours a 3rd party's mistake was rectified with constant communication. Have always raved about their products, but now can truly say their customer service and commitment to their customers is amazing too.
Its a rare thing these days to have such good customer service.

I’ve bought the shoe protect box 3.0 with UV sterilisation, and my only fault is that there are no instructions whatsoever on how to operate the light settings, the UV setting and the voice settings. There is literally not 1 single piece of paper with any instructions on, what voice command to use to turn the light on, and no instructions on how to use the lighting settings as there are 3 slide options and a button to press which just changes from warm led to cold led. I’m still trying to figure out how to get the UV light on and how the voice commands work. Other than the serious lack of user friendly instructions I’m happy with the box, it partially does what I want it to do. If I can’t figure out how to use the voice command or the UV light I’ll probably return it as the main reason I bought it was for the UV cleaning.

Exemplary customer service, with expert detailed advice on my Crepprotect Crates and Crepprotect eraser. Professional after sales customer satisfaction.

Great products, great customer service

Got firstly their nice "ultimate box pack" and i fell in love with their products.
Works very well on my sneakers and shoes in general.
So I got refills making sure I don't run out.

Had the chance to contact them for a little delivery problem and they solve it in a click of a finger.

So glad I found out about Crep Protect. I ordered a few products to try all at once and have to say love them all. The Crate 3.0 is a game changer for displaying my collection. It’s also the first time i’ve used the Crep Cure to clean my trainers and will never use any other product. The cure is the most impressive trainer cleaner i’ve used.

Seem like a great bunch over at Crep Protect and i’m looking forward to being a loyal customer.

Just want to give update on my previous review that I submitted.
It appears that there is another company with a similar name to that of Crep Protect that has caused confusion.
I have again contacted the company (CrepCleaner) but have not heard back from them so please be aware.

I actually had my bad experience with a company that had a very similar name - Crep Cleaner not Crep Protect.
So I wrote a bad review about the wrong company

It was a very easy mistake to make and one quite a lot of people are - Crep Protect have been very professional and easy to contact and I now will be placing my order with them as I never received my goods from Crep Cleaner.
