There was a problem about a delivery of my purchase, I contacted Crep Protect and I am delighted with the speedy replies and a very quick delivery of my purchase. I can't say enough thanks to the staff who helped me with my enquiry

Crep Protect customer service is the best customer service i've seen in a while. Their inmediate feedback and the efficience giving the best solution to an issue are awesome. Only good words for them.

Very good company and resolved my issue by compensating for the yellow stain that the Crep wipes left on my white Vans. I’ll know in the future not to use the wipes on white canvas material (Vans slip-ons) because it will turn that spot yellow. I am leaving a 5-star review because Crep compensated me. Other companies don’t do this, so thank you.

I recently bought the crep guards. I have put them into my air force 1s. The crep guard itself creases and makes it impossible to wear as they are extremely uncomfortable. Is there a tutorial video for fitting? Thanks for your response. I have emailed your customer service twice as requested and I am awaiting your response. I used the email on your website. Please provide me with a contact email address so we can rectify this. Again I have emailed the address you supplied. I am starting to think I'm being strung along. Give me an alternative email address to contact.

Ordered the Khalid cleaning kit, great quality product. The original delivery was not correct, but using the online contact page a response was received very quickly and the issue was sorted within a matter of hours. Very good customer service with a great quality product so will definitely be buying from them again

Great company brought 16 creates off them limited edition dj khalid kit had a slight problem with the creates but got that sorted rapid and was sent them out the next day. The email staff are absolutely brilliant can't fault them will defo buy from them again

Shipping was awesome love the new product

I recently purchased crep protect after visiting a store to enquire about crep protect..assistant advised me this could be used on ugg, birkenstock and new balance when asked..I even had a pair of new balance on my feet at the time of purchase and advised could be used..
Today I sprayed brand new pair of new balance and followed instructions I was given and on tin and now they are totally ruined..
The N on side is all white patches instead of original black..absolutely devastated!!!!..just ordered cleaning kit too but I will return that most definitely.
I would never use this again or recommend to any one.Really wish I had not bothered..

After a slight issue with a product and informing crep protect customer services , after a few emails back and forth they were more than happy to resolve the issue and come to a resolution on top of that even giving me complementary products.
I have no hesitation of buying and using their product in the future.

I could not be happier with my experience with these guys.

I placed an order on Friday morning which qualified for free shipping, or upgrade to next-day for 99p. I chose the latter. Not only was my order sorted very fast, arriving first thing this morning, but email updates came through quickly to show progress all along the way. I received several free gifts with my order (which was just over £40 including the shipping upgrade fee). The total of the free gifts was around half the price of my order. The items I had ordered are all perfect. I’m beyond happy with how good the cleaning set is. The shoe wipes included are full of solution and very robust. I actually was able to clean two pairs of shoes and the wipe was still soaking and hadn’t broken down at all. Really impressive. The other items I ordered are better still. Really nice fragrances to the crease guards. Cleaning brushes are very good. Fragrance pills are brilliant. Just… yeah. Sorting through another order now for the other items I wanted (wanted to try the company first).

Poor customer service!

I tried to contact them regarding an msds to which they kept sending a link to the general product description page that i had already found on their website.

They were rude and not helpful at all, i tried to explain to them after each email of them sending the same link that that was not a msds and therefore not what i was looking for. In the end, they refused to send it and continued being rude and unprofessional.

that was enough for me so i bought another shoe protectant from jason markk, a brand that is more open with their product information and i am happy with it!

The products are pretty good and the customer service is also very quick and helpful at resolving any issue you may have. I’ve wanted to try these products for quite some time after seeing some ads, since I’ve now decided to start my shoe collection so I figured it would be a good time to test out the products, Got the Gift Pack and the DJ Khalid bundle for a good price and I’ve tried the Cleaner, the brush and the spray, from what I see they work really well. The paint pen I’m not 100% sold on since the paint flakes on some textures (I could also just be doing a bad job myself I can accept that) but overall I think these are some good products if you wanna clean and/or protect your shoes.

I ordered 12 Storage Crates and only received 2 in the mail - BUT, when I contacted their costumer support (even outside of work hours), it was only a matter of hours until the issue was resolved, and the rest of the order got shipped.

The support is very attentative, friendly and understanding. Signs of a healthy business👍🏻

Ive got to say ive had dealings with crep protect for the last few weeks and they are amazing they go above and beyond to help out
There aernt many companies out there that have such good customer service and on time delivery as Crep protect ..i would advise anyone to use as there first choice

We had a small hiccup with not receiving an order confirmation in my email which was my fault admittedly. Reaching out to them had the issue resolved quickly and smoothly and my order will be arriving tomorrow 2 business days after I ordered it. Great customer service and quick delivery I’ve yet to see their product but I have high hopes after how well they’ve handled this situation for me.

I had a 15% discount voucher that didn’t work upon checking out and resulted in paying full price.
I emailed Crep and they responded within the hour and said they would look into it, I provided the voucher which was from the USA website, however Crep UK said no problem I can apply it to my purchase.
My purchase was already made and Crep reimbursed me by the 15% into my bank account the same day.
They could easily have said too late as the purchase was already complete.

I bought some crease protectors and wanted to return them and they gave me good customer service

My order arrived fast but with a small issue caused during shipping. Customer service responded and handled my issue quickly without hesitation

Ordered the wrong item and they changed for me, sent botb as a goodwill :)

I have ordered cleaning products, shoe laces and sneaker guards.

All of those have been top notch products 5/5.

Customer service is really awesome. They respond to emails very fast and even weekends!

Definently i will be ordering in the future too!
