As soon as I got off the phone with the lady who helped me set up my monthly payment. I when to go and log in to the web page she sent me and got a 404 Not Found page. Saying it as moved or no longer exists. I have already gave them $299.00. Not suer if I should give them $99 each month after this.

I called to start paying on a debt and found out I had a team that would help me dispute things that weren't accurate. Also shared knowledge of the process and my rights. Vince was professional and explained things well. All that's left are the results.

My experience with Credit Wellness LLC has been completely frustrating, unproductive, and financially draining. Like many others who have left warnings online, I initially connected with them under confusing circumstances, believing I was dealing with a legitimate collections or debt-resolution entity. Unfortunately, the reality of their services fell drastically short of any initial promises.
​Key Issues Encountered:
​Zero Measurable Results: Despite faithfully paying a monthly subscription fee for an extended period, I saw absolutely no meaningful progress or success in getting derogatory items or collection accounts removed from my credit report.
​Billing and Subscription Frustrations: Canceling the service proved to be an uphill battle. Even after attempting to halt services, unexpected charges continued to hit my accounts, creating major budgeting headaches and account overdraft issues with platforms like Cash App and Chime.
​Aggressive and Unclear Sales Tactics: The onboarding process relies heavily on high-pressure sales pitches disguised as immediate solutions, making it difficult to understand what you are actually signing up for until the recurring charges start hitting your debit card.

​Final Verdict
​If you are looking for reliable credit repair or genuine debt assistance, look elsewhere. Credit Wellness LLC offers little to no tangible value for the high monthly cost, and dealing with their billing practices is more trouble than it is worth. Save your money and handle disputes directly through the credit bureaus for free, or work with a reputable, transparent financial counselor.

NOTE: They originally tried to only refund me 3 months of payments. It wasn't until I had a serious legal talk with them and demanded a full accounting of everything they had supposedly done on my case in writing that things changed. They didn't even respond to my email—they just went straight to issuing the refund. Getting my full money back took pushing back hard, so be warned..

Tobi O. was a fantastic help. I have maintained excellent credit for a long time. Unfortunately, after an identity fraud situation, I was very surprised to see my credit dropped 90 points overnight over something I had no knowledge of. Tobi took the time to go over all the details very thoroughly with me and answered all of my many questions. He helped me file a dispute and provided me with peace of mind. I highly recommend for anyone going through a similar situation.
