It’s really way too early to give an honest review, which is why I only have it three stars - asking for a review this early makes a statement also, no?

Easily the worst credit card I've ever had. My credit score has consistently been 75-90 points lower than my credit score shows on Experian, even thought they clearly state on their website that they use Experian! Their fees are excessive and their customer service is not good. Not to mention the 35% interest rate and the annual fee of $95! The only positive thing I can say is they gave me a reduced interest rate twice after spending way too much time arguing with them about their credit scoring process and how fraudulent it is! How can they make correct business credit decisions based on a score that's 75 to 90 points lower then the actual score on my credit report! Especially when they claim to use the same company, experian! It sounds like they are being sued for all the right reasons. I doubt these lawsuits will make them correct their ways. Predatory lending for sure! They gave me three credit cards when I was rebuilding my credit but I've paid two of them off, plan to pay off this third one and never use them again. They could at least get my credit score within 15 to 20 points of the correct one! I have had way too many conversations with lmanagers about this but nothing changes!

They are an ok bank

They are an ok bank, high Apr but they approve low credit individuals. One thing I do hate is when you are late on a payment. They do not email…. They call you over 10x in one day to get you to make a payment even if you are flat out broke. So damn irritating

As I'm in the process of repairing my credit. Credit One was trusting enough to grant me a non fee credit card over $1000. When other credit card companies were and still are reluctant to work with me. Very much appreciated Credit One.

have had an extremely disappointing experience

have had an extremely disappointing experience with Credit One. Customer service has been consistently unhelpful and, in my experience, representatives often came across as rude and dismissive when I called with simple questions about my account.
One of my biggest frustrations is how long payments take to process. Payments have taken more than seven business days to post, which is far slower than what I've experienced with other credit card companies. This creates unnecessary stress when trying to manage account balances and payment deadlines.
Communication has also been difficult due to language barriers during some of my calls, making it harder to resolve issues efficiently. Instead of receiving clear answers, I often felt like I was being rushed off the phone without my concerns being addressed.
Overall, the combination of poor customer service, slow payment processing, and frustrating customer support interactions has made this one of the worst credit card experiences I've had. I would not recommend Credit One and would encourage others to carefully research alternatives before applying.

Annual Fee charge

I was disappointed in the fact I was charged my annual fee of $75 the second I activated my account. I was unaware that would be charges immediately taking a 1/3 of my credit limit. You figure your annual fee would be due after having the card for a year. Not cool .

Scammy scammers

First off: Note that when they got a horrible rating they somehow got a second entry into TrustPilot by slightly changing their name, which is a great display of the abject bad fsith I have experienced. I also want to point out that they claim to not allow customers to record support interactions despite them recording them, which is another HUGE RED FLAG for being a SCAM.

I made the mistake of getting a card because I'm temporarily financially embarrassed. As soon as they approved the card, they IMMEDIATELY provided a VURTUAL card and added it into Gpay. I didn't initiate this, it was part of the on-board process. Yet if I try to make a purchase over $10 it gets refused. It then sends me an IM asking if I made the purchase. I say yes. It tells me to make the purchase again. I try the purchase again and it's REFUSED. I call support, who are completely rude. They tell me things that are COMPLETELY COMTRARY to their own sysyem, and they are MORE CONCERNED ABOUT BEING RECORDED THAN ACTUALLY HELPING THE CUSTOMER. STAY AWAY!!!

The service was great and delivery acceptable. However they miislead Me by stating I was approved for $2500 when actually when the card arrived I found out I Only Had a $300 credit Limit. That confused Me but was soon cleared up when I called the number of customer service and spoke with the agent. They need to state proper numbers to members who are willing to chance the bank for credit loans.
