Account permanently disabled for no legitimate reason
I created my account which went OK, however, I deleted the app and never git anything from them which is why I deleted the app. Just recently I re-downloaded the app and went to log in only to get a message account is permanently disabled. When I emailed them about it they cited the reason as *tetms and conditions* but I read their terms and conditions and did not break any of their terms and conditions but they never told me which if their terms and conditions I supposedly broke. They'll probably never actually tell me.

Reinstatement Request
I requested for my account to be reinstated. I was sent an email to activate my account by creating a new password. When I attempted to login to the app, I received a pop-up that my account was disabled. I contacted support and after 3 days, I still haven't received a response.

Never got the cash
I applied and paid for an instant cash advance. The money never came but credit genie says different. Customer service is nonexistent. No one gets back to you. There’s no phone number. I got scammed. It’s been almost 2 days and my bank never got the money but credit genie says I owe them money!

It would be 5 stars, buy they just recently, without saying anything, ended services here in Wisconsin. I've been using this app for over a year and all of a sudden gone. It has helped me so many times when I was tight on money. Now I can't use it and it sucks.

Credit Genie does not respond
Credit Genie does not respond. They claim they will respond within in 24 hrs for questions and concerns. I have contacted them at least 5 times regarding a double charge to my bank and sent them screenshots of my bank account prooving that a repayment was already made, but yet it still shows in the app that I owe them money. If I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. DO NOT USE CREDIT GENIE!!!

Hello? Anyone there? How do I speak with a human???
I have had nothing but issues with this app. I changed banks and the app would not allow me to repay. They gave me an address to send a check. I did. My bank verified that it was cashed and it’s been 3 months and they haven’t updated my repayment status. Now they have the option to repay by debit card, but I’ve already repaid. Sent several messages. All the responses are the same, from either AI or people who cannot effectively read English, saying to send payment by check. I’VE DONE THIS! No phone number to call to speak with a human. Pathetic customer service. Fix your app!
UPDATE: They say to send them a message. I’ve done that over and over and over again. New now - they are asking me for payment again on the app. I just deleted it.
