Sheik Toraub was incredibly helpful. Amazing telephone manners and very warm and friendly tone. He had gone above and beyond and so far out of everyone I have spoken to over the phones he was much nicer and treated me as a human not an annoyance as others previously had.

Excellent service after speaking too them they put all my worries a side all the debt phone call stopped within a few days they set up a manageable payment plan that was realistic for me to pay and I could finally sleep at night highly recommended contacting them if you have any money issues there is help

After completing my IVA 😁I have been waiting for my completion certificate... Called credit fix to find out what's happening and spoke to a lovely gentleman Nikhilesh. Talked me through the process and advised it was almost through but after 5 months he said it would be escalated due to the time it's taken.
