I unknowingly subscribed to a subscription, as I can see from the the reviews, many others have as well. I would never subscribe to something I have no need for. I feel like I've been scammed and will report this if you take the £19.99 pending from my bank. You know people are unknowingly subscribing it's poor behaviour from your site.

I have so much respect for the kindness and gesture the lady who called me made. She became aware of some very personal debilitating issues of mine, she was able to intiate something unexpected which was overwhelming to receive and demonstrated that the company genuinely does have their customers finances and general well being at the forefront which is very rare in society today. I can only thank them profusely and state that the lady who handled my call is one of the most empathetic, caring individuals I've had unexpectedly call when not anticipating anything but a5tempts to sell to me. Thank you!

I applied for a loan over two months ago and, as part of the process, I was asked to provide my bank details so funds could be deposited if my application was successful. However, I did not receive a loan, as I was repeatedly redirected to multiple unrelated pages during the process.
At no point was any membership or subscription clearly disclosed to me. To my understanding, my bank details were requested solely for the purpose of a potential loan deposit.
On Tuesday, I noticed that £19.99 had been taken from my account without my knowledge. Upon investigating, I discovered that I had apparently been signed up for a membership. I immediately cancelled this and contacted them to request a refund.
I was informed that a refund is not applicable because I was allegedly notified about the end of a free trial period. However, I did not receive any such notification. I have thoroughly checked my inbox and spam folders and can confirm that no email was received.
Additionally, it is concerning that this charge has only appeared now, despite the supposed free trial lasting 14 days and over two months having passed since I initially signed up.
Given these circumstances, I believe this charge is unjustified. As my refund request has been denied, I have now escalated this matter with my bank

I was trying to check my credit score and was asked for my bank details. I was told no money would be taken, and it is just to confirm my details but this seems to be a subscription trap. Be careful—they may automatically charge you after the trial.
I immediatley cancelled on the same day when i saw the transaction of £19.99 and contacted them for a refund as I cancelled on first day and wasnt aware of subscription they refused.
SCAMMERS!!!!

Looking for a loan, as desperate broke people do, two weeks ago. Kept getting forwarded to different sites. Eventually I got sent to this one, submitted my request for a loan putting in my account details and everything and got forwarded to another site. Today £19.99 was taken out of my account from here and I had no knowledge I signed up to a subscription just by looking for a loan?! I would love a refund, tried calling today and I just got an automated response, none which would help putting me in contact with an employee.
Edit: after this review, 2 hours later I got a call from Lorraine. Shout out to her honestly. Got a refund. Her service was impeccable. Thank you so much!!!
