Fast and very helpful and stress free

Credit 24 paid an amount to an old account of mine which I rang up and let them know on that day.It took alot of phone calls and emails to try to get them to help me rectify the matter, but they refused, six weeks later I went to afca ro get help all the while Credit 24 was charging me for the money untill they got it back from the bank, however this went on for over a month and no matter how much I tried to get them to take the money of my account that I did not receive they refused.
So I had no choice but to go to afca and go through the process .
After I did that they fixed my account to show correct debits and correct the intrest charged on the account pluss gave me a gift voucher.
To be honest I would have just wanted good honest service and not have had to go to afca in the first place.
People need to be awear of what can happen with this company .
Now I've reached out again because of a different situation, at the beginning of this week and they still haven't bothered to reply .
Obviously Credit 24 lies about helping in a situation .

Quick and easy! Recommend for anyone who needs quick cash. Only reason it's not a 5 star is due to the insane interest rate PA (45%), otherwise really happy with the service and quick turnaround.

Found myself in a jam and needed a few grand quick.
After a quick assessment funds were in my account 5 mins later , don't think it could be easier.

No one to speak to, and no clear direction to make payment for loan. I have spent 3 weeks trying to speak to someone about a loan summary now listed on my credit file that I have seeked further information of for months now. No communication at all!!! THEY SET YOU UP TO FAIL, THEY LEND WHEN THE SHOULDNT, AND THEY HAVE NOTHING TO SAY WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM! I cant say there is a reason why they wont speak to me as i have NEVER BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK TO THEM!! Should not be operating and I hope the regulator is moving fast on this one.

terrible service!! no where near the quick turn around they promise and had asked me 3 times to upload my 'mygov' login details to retrieve my notice of assessment.
after the 3rd time of requesting the same information, I had enough and cancelled my application. I asked for them to delete all my personal details as I wouldn't be proceeding and I was told they keep these personal details for 7 YEARS!
I have since changed all my passwords for netbank and mygov, but wanted to warn any other potential users of the fine print

Useless, no other way to describe them.

Credit24's customer service is fantastic! They're friendly, quick to help with any questions I had on my loan application. Great experience all around!

Steer clear, absolute thieves.
After they stated the terms of my loan in an email they told me the conditions were wrong and has no choice but to except the new ones as I'd already excepted the T&C's
I then noticed they had applied the maximum interest rate of 47.9% even though on their calculator it states 24% with good credit history which I have.
These people need their licence withdrawn, just conmen

denied me a loan as im on a dsp and have a mortgage only need a loan of $10,000 for 18months

Steer clear, this guys are not interested in helping anybody I have a full time job. Good credit rating and we own our house and still didn’t approve my loan, go else where I did and hit sorted in half the time don’t waste your energy

in the middle of my application they asked the full access of my Bank details to see my last 90 days statement instead asking for the PDF copy . HOW FUNNY IS THAT ??!!!!!!!!! .I dont know which IDIOT will provide that to them. Cant believe they asked this question in Australia.

Credit 24 won’t return my calls or emails nor will they remove the inquiry off my credit file. I will be taking this further to the credit ombudsman.

LOL, caught them out operating with fake/fraudulent contracts as they don't loan "Money" they simply add credits to your bank account, for those of you uneducated in what valuable consideration is go google the requirements for a contract to be valid.

I called them out on no "Valuable consideration" which makes the contract invalid, and of course they tried to defend, however they know what they are doing is fraud and I will expose them and they will eventually go broke once the truth is exposed to most if not all of their current clients, can't wait.

I was only trying to ask for $500 credit and they wanted my bank account details so they can log into my account and they would then see my home loans, my credit card as well as the account our payments go into and would not let me supply just the statements for the one account that our payments go into. I think it is dodgy allowing a company to have full access to our bank and see everything that does not pertain to them.

Awesome service, they were really quick in getting money to my account!

worst customer service

got a loan with credit 24 in August of $4000 over 2 years payed it off in 7 months ,was told i could re apply for another one was pre approve for $6000 ,then got declined because my name was on the system already and had already been declined ,i rang to ask question they couldn't give me any answer and were so rude
still never got any answer
they destroy my credit rating

Fantastic, helpful & someone always available on line or on the phone to assist. They don't ask a lot of questions which is reassuring in itself. Repayment terms are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them & will definately go through then in the future.

There are better loan company alternatives. Make this a last resort, repayments could be higher than average.
