Appalling Customer Service.
I sent a request Back in May,l to opt out they respond whenever they feel like it and each time i get a different outcome from a different template they clearly using without reading my commmunication :…if this is how you handle your communication i am glad i opted out as i wonder how you would manage everything else !!!don’t waste your time nor your money
Most useless pension provider ever. Several times I have had issues I needed to contact them about. I think they only replied to one of them (though not at all helpfully as I remember), and after a massive delay. The others they have ignored (including one about changing my investment type) despite months and months of chasing.
