Oh Huns, you're just making yourselves look worse tbh. Trying to out my name on here (not very professional), saying I regularly give bad reviews, I think you'll find you're the only bad review I've written. I write good reviews for well run comp sites but yours is shoddy at best. Also, I loose all the time and don't leave bad reviews just because I didn't win. No end times, comps not closing when they should, not showing instants below the comps (who knows if they're even in there), compressing the entry lists and not drawing from ticket numbers (this is ok if it's announced that that is what's happening but it wasn't said and you can't see the names clearly on the live so how was I to know). Trying to get me to remove my review by offering me money or threatening to block me If I don't (not that I would waste my money again). If I could give lower than a one star review, I would.

First time playing and my ticket number came up but I didn't win as they decided not to draw from the ticket numbers?! Also comps were said to close at 18.30 but they are still open to buy tickets even during the live draw on FB. They are still open whilst I'm writing this and the draws are complete. Unfortunately this doesn't scream trustworthy at all. I'm a regular comp player and play quite big but I wouldn't touch this site with a barge pole

This review is testament to the mark of this customer, who commonly goes By Scarlet Moon Bagley or just Scarlet Bagley on her public Facebook.

She is known within the competitions industry, hence why her review is from ‘compgirl’

For all those looking at her past reviews, the common theme is she leaves a rave review when she wins and otherwise feels aggrieved.

Rather than approach us directly, she instead runs around leaving bad reviews which is very disappointing but fortunately most of our customers know we are genuine north east lads, trying our best!

We have had other businesses locally in South Shields and have an excellent reputation of fairness and being very genuine! I hope everyone will continue to see through such poor comments like this one.

This is very bad crack and I’m very disappointed at this unfair review. This customer didn’t play for the first time today 13/04/25.
This customer first entered our competitions 16/01/25.

To address the first point in more granular detail -

Draw date - 13/04/25 ‘The Lucky Red Box Game’

This competition had a total of 2,000 available tickets and we sold 220 tickets. Roughly 10% sold which for the customer is tremendous odds. The discrepancy is the following -

Our website allocates you a random number when you purchase a ticket. This customer had numbers such as 1953, 808 etc.

If we put into number generator 1 - 2,000 & only 10% have sold the 90% of the time we would saying something like ‘788 oh sorry that number hasn’t been allocated as we’ve only sold 220 tickets’

To avoid that we simply export the entries into an excel document, they are allocated a number for instance this competition sold 220 tickets so therefore the numbers allocated were 1-220.

That way during the live we avoid ‘974 oh sorry guys that number hasn’t been allocated’ and spend 90% of the live drawing numbers that are not allocated.

To put it simply -

This customer had exactly the same number of entries and exactly the same chance and of course the chance element is crucial but because the number in excel was different she has very unfairly given us a bad review. This is in line with our terms and conditions.

The overall prize was a grand total of £10 and I even offered to pay her that out of miss understanding and good faith.

Also her overall grievance was that number 171 came out, she didn’t factor in if I had included the total parameters 1-2000 then the chances of it drawing 171 would of changed by a factor of 10. The actual draw was 1-220.

So it was 10x less likely to draw that number and we would of had a median redraw rate of 90% as only 10% sold.

Additionally this customer has become the most frequent and regular complainer, for instance asking why we are still taking orders when a Facebook post was put on saying last 30 mins, of which I happened to be driving but this customer considers it an extension.

In the competitions industry some businesses unfairly extend competitions by months as they haven’t sold enough. We in this instance have been 30 mins later than what was said on Facebook, and rather than give us the benefit of the doubt proceedes to complain and subsequently leave a snotty review which is very unfair.

This is despite the fact that we still drew the completion even though it was only 10% sold, we simply don’t consider 30 mins difference to be an extension, it was marginally later than anticipated.

Lastly this draw was actually done live as are all our draws.

We are all human guys, I get some people feel aggrieved when they don’t win, but to piss on someone else’s business that’s brand new and doing their absolute best is really poor and I hope those reading this understand. Thanks - Johnny
