Won a prize never got it

Purchased a figurine for my boyfriend which had to be painted. The owner of SinScape studios was nice at first and offered to
take the hit on shipping fees, since we live in the US and they live in the UK. They were paid upfront (which was around a year ago), gave updates here and there on what was being done to the figurine, and even sent pictures of completed portions. Recently the owner was going through some financial trouble and said there would be a delay on when the figurine would be finished- completely understandable, however when my boyfriend expressed his interest in getting the figurine returned to him the owner stopped answering. So now they are sitting with both the payment he sent them and his figurine(which was a Christmas gift), and refusing to answer messages. If you want to run your business you need to conduct yourself in a more professional manner and answer your paying clients instead of ignoring them. Maybe if you actually completed your commissions and answered your clients you would be making the money you need to get by in life.

Worst company every they lied about giving your money back or giving you the item at all they stole my money and and said they're fine with stealing from you so I recommend don't buy from them at all so you don't get robbed like I did

Do not use! The owner will steal from you. I paid for a statue, had it shipped to SinScape, and was promised updates and quick turnaround. I received little to no feedback over the year I’ve given it to her.

Now, they won’t answer ANY messages. No refund, my statue STOLEN, and not a single update or message from this company. Do not use SinScape, this is your warning.

Won mulitple prizes dating back to last year still havn't recieved anything all they talk about on their lame discord is how they're having money trouble and can't do this and woah oh poor me. I've never seen someone that doesn't have to funds to GIVE OUT A PRIZE GIVEAWAY but yet perfectly happy to take peoples $$$ the best part is STILL ACCEPTING COMMISIONS FOR PAINTING when your backed up 9 months on that if I could spam laughing emojis i would

Won the competition for a painted Red Gobbo figurine in November, with a ‘hopefully you’ll have it by Christmas’. We’re now in February and after asking for updates on 6th January and being told my figurine would be a priority, I’m now actively being ignored.

The turn around for winning competitions in the past have been lengthy and seemed like work was only actively carried out only upon request for updates. All in all, for me personally, pretty hard to recommend entering the competitions for painted figurines due to the above bad experiences.

Great site, always has good compitions at good prices and odds. Really friendly host, they messages you to let you know if you won or you can watch the live draws. I have won a couple of times since joining and they are fast at getting your prize to you.

Stumbled across this place from an advert, been happily playing along for a while now. Finally won, and despite some chronic supply issues literally everywhere, I had my prize in 3 weeks. Minor miracle I think, & cannot fault at all. Happy returning customer right here :D

I bought 2 tickets for a competition for adeptus mechanicus rulebook, data cards and a set of die and received the numbers for them after purchase, I was keeping an eye on the competition and the time it ended no winner was announced but it said that it was choosing winners. The terms stated this could take up to a week. So I waited. I’ve been watching it to see if my numbers have been announced and suddenly the competition has disappeared from the finished competitions yet there is nothing on the winners tab from since a good while ago, I’m now unsure of this site

Won a prize first time playing. Friendly and quick communication and some must enter competitions for Warhammer fans ! Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic Service! I had a tournament game within a week and my order was kindly prioritised at my request! My order was also slightly bespoke, but again that wasn’t a problem and the communication between myself and SinScape was fantastic! Kept up to date throughout the process and clear professional photos were sent to me during the process and on completion, checking to make sure I was happy with the work and whether I would like to have anything changed before the models were sent out. The models arrived well packed and undamaged and the quality and detail of the work was absolutely 5 STARS! The project in total was very fairly priced (considering the amazing detail put into each model!) and the time frame given. I would highly recommend SinScape Studios, and will be putting in a new order in very soon! Thanks again, a 5 STAR SERVICE!!
