I ordered a bed but never got a confirmation email - I have tried to contact them but no response and they do not have a contact telephone number only an online form - it’s incredibly frustrating that you can’t speak to anyone so would not recommend on this basis! Wouldn’t use them again.

Company have sent a single bed frame
Company have sent a single bed frame, I ordered a double. It’s taken 16 emails and they are still insisting that the bed frame I have been sent is a universal one that will fit!! It doesn’t! They are refusing to accept responsibility and change the item even though I have sent photo evidence. My mattress is now on the floor.
I would seriously not recommend using this company. It’s been a shambles all the way through.
PLEASE note the reply from this company.. I have been sending photos. Specifically one that shows three pieces of metal.. no slats, no legs and no headboard

Thought we were buying a good quality wooden single bed as advertised, turns out which seems like plastic material.
Had 3 months and its broken already, would not recommend unfortunately.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Cancelled order after much screwing around. No confirmation email, do delivery information, no bed, no customer service. Will never ever use company that has no phone access to customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately, your order was canceled as a dispute was opened with your bank by yourself because you didn't receive the tracking information by the time you've been given even though this was sent to you via email when you asked for it. You sent many abusive emails to us (within minutes of each other) which was another contributing factor to your order being cancelled. We are here to help customers not to be insulted.

3 weeks and still no bed!!! Ordered a Windsor princess pink crush velvet bed with storage and nothing has come! No delivery date nothing! Do not use this website! Despite our efforts to address your concerns, we have been left with no choice but to return your order and continue the dispute process through your bank, due to the abusive nature of your emails and the chargeback initiated.
