The selection Cratejoy has is incredible. Every subscription I have ordered exceded my expectations. Everyone who received the gifts were more than thrilled. I will order from them as often as I can in the future. Cratejoy makes gift giving easy.

I have used Cratejoy for several different things over the years including gifts. I have never had issues of not receiving items. I have never had to reach out to customer service so I have no knowledge there. The only problem I have is deciding which one I currently want to have delivered!

I was able to purchase curated gifts for all 6 adult children and 3 grandchildren with a trusted central entity of Cratejoy.

I love using CrateJoy to find new and interesting subscription boxes to try out.

I used cratejoy as part of my Christmas shopping this year. I tried three different vendors - Books - BBQ - Baking. All three were as described, good value, and my kids enjoyed them.

Cratejoy is so easy to communicate with. Their customer service is stellar.
Not only does my three year old granddaughter jump for joy when the packages arrive, but her big brother can't wait for her to finish playing so he can have a turn!

Order books for cratejoy which I should have known it was a scam paid my hard earned money for a 3 month subscription an cratejoy doesn’t have a way to contact them the seller doesn’t have a way to contact them I hope someone takes these SCAM ARTISTS TO COURT!!!

Tried to purchase a monthly subscription book box. I paid $300 for a year's subscription. One box was sent with two books in it and that's it. I've tried to contact customer service and haven't gotten anywhere. So frustrating.

I signed up for a monthly box that charged quarterly then closed. CrateJoy charged me every 3 months for the program then charged me 2 months in a row for a 3 month subscription. They refunded the second charge but when the program closed down, I was still out a month worth of charges that they kept saying they refunded. They didn’t. I will never use them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone especially to subscriptions of more than a month. Their customer service stinks and you can’t escalate. So disappointing.
