I notified their customer service, who were quick to process a refund and even a date change request. The crates were super clean, and the delivery and collection were smooth, with a helpful transportation team.

Very convenient and easy way to move with Crate Hire Company. I have used this company multiple times now for crates when I was moving and they're reasonably priced and save on the amount of packing material and boxes for a better sustainable option. They deliver the crates to your location of choice and collect from your location of choice as well, super easy, very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

quick , efficient, good price, great communication and all in all great experience. we hired crates for a 15 person office move and it was the exact perfect amount required. some of the larger boxes weren't available so we were given extra of the other size.

when i needed to extend the hire for another week it was very quick and easy to do so.

the only negative thing Id say, the crate labels that came with the bundle would be a nice touch but the company branding takes over 60%of the label so doesn't give much space to write with.

the bubble wrap sleeves are big and protected all the monitors.
