Customer care experience
I saw in my social media that finds my interest until I was prompted to craftcraze.shop site. I browsed and checked for the ads I saw but I didnt saw it so I thought it need subscription. I never realized that it will going to charge me for subscribing. Luckily, someone reached out to me from their team and realized my unintentional subscription and charge. They said they will refund me for the amount I paid. Its really good to know that they care and review cases like this from their clients and subscribers.
