Hannah has been really helpful throughout the onboarding process, everything has been very smooth :)

Very helpful and professional , very good communications by phone and email

Three years now, every year Rhys find me wonderful trouble free tenants. They did all the referencing work, tenancy agreement, guarantor arrangement. 5 Stars experience. Always prompt and helpful.

Very helpful; friendly, cooperative and honest. The fella taking us about (I think Jack was his name) really sold us our next property Would use again!

Amber at CPS was fantastic and made our experience so smooth. She found a range of properties that met our criteria, then she took us on a tour of our favourite. The process from finding and viewing the house to signing took no more than an hour due to Ambers efficiency and help, we really appreciated her time and friendliness.

Amber was very helpful and chatty, showing us multiple homes in our budget and providing an unbiased input into our conversation which was extremely helpful.

As a private HMO landlord in Cardiff, I have been using CPS homes for the past 6 years to secure and process my Occupation Contracts each year.
They are extremely professional and I have always been very impressed and felt reassured using them. The entire process each year which includes setting up the deposit scheme registration and Occupation contract, has been exceptional.
Rhys , Rhiannon and Angharad have ensured this entire process runs seamlessly for me each year.
I would never consider using another company to assist me with this process each year and I look forward to working with them going forward.

Really great friendly staff, good service and Adam who took us through the properties was absolutely fantastic, so incredibly friendly and helpful!

If i could give Jenna six stars i would! She was so lovely, informative and never made us feel silly about any questions. She was so enthusiastic about us finding a house and helped us find our second year home!

Had a lovely experience with Adam showing us uni houses, was very helpful when choosing the right house for us and our preferences. Would definitely recommend seeing him for advice

We had a great experience securing our student house with CPS. Ava was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She narrowed down suitable houses to fit our criteria and gave a thorough and honest description of each property. We then went to view the properties that suited and were happy to sign for one. Ava made the whole process smooth and simple! Would definitely recommend!
