They refunded me as store credit which…

They refunded me as store credit which I didn’t ask for I’ve contacted my bank which I’ve been told to send it USA but I purchased it here in england from there London store they doing this knowing full well i would have to pay over £200 in shipping fees which I won’t do this I purchase the cpap machine for my mum who’s just been diagnosed with early onset MND/ALS so I bought this for her until we sorted one on the NHS because I didn’t want to risk anything but after I purchased the cpap machine we managed get one on the nhs day before we got this delivery so I request a refund which they stated they couldnt on the Machine but charged me over £300 for the masks what they refunded me but put as store credit which I didn’t ask for and knowing full well i wouldn’t be buying or needing anything from them so please do your self’s a favour and go else where

Cpapstore makes themselves look even worse

Having posted a genuine (bad) review of Cpapstore, I've made a refund request with PayPal. I instigated 'chat' with cpapstore to ask if listed item new and if from UK. They instantly responded that I had cheek to contact them again after not buying anything and posting a fake review. Also said they'd answered every question (untrue). I shall indeed, though, be taking up their suggestion to take my future business elsewhere, and I suggest you do too. They appear to be completely uninterested in assistance and in turning a problem into a good future customer. What bad business practice!

Poor communication, ships from overseas

Although registered to a.co.uk website and with a UK postal address, this company ships from the USA. The moment I realised this, I emailed them to cancel, but this was ignored.
This seems rather underhanded and I do not think customers should be ignored.

Please refrain from spreading false information that may damage our store’s reputation. It is incorrect to assume we ship only from the USA. We have a physical retail store in the heart of London and warehouses across the UK. In cases where an item is out of stock or discontinued, we may ship from an overseas warehouse to better serve our customers.

Regarding your cancellation request: as soon as we received it, we promptly retrieved the package before carrier pickup, sent you a confirmation email, and issued a full refund. We kindly ask that you provide accurate information.

Save money and shop elsewhere

Was recommended a mask that was not suitable for my needs. The store is also more expensive that others and will not accept returns.

We understand the importance of finding the right mask for your needs. At the time of purchase, you were offered the option to buy a FitPack that includes all cushion sizes, but you chose an older, discontinued mask on clearance instead. Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used nasal or full-face masks, as we do not resell used products.

As for pricing, our store strictly follows the minimum advertised pricing (MAP) guidelines set by manufacturers. We also regularly offer special discounts and online promotions to ensure competitive pricing. We're always happy to assist our customers in finding the best product and value for their needs.

Unfortunately, our system retains order records for a limited time, and we are unable to track shipments from that far back. Additionally, mail carriers do not provide tracking details for orders placed so long ago.

Boutique run by crooks

Boutique run by crooks. I bought a CPAP which broke down after 4 months. They refuse to take it under warranty. They call you “Dear Customer”, but they don't really care. Having a machine break after 4 months, that can happen, but declining all responsibility is just a shame.

Not going to be fobbed off like this

I did my research and found the most minimally invasive mask I wanted to replace mine. It was on their website! So I began chat a day ago to try and get help for pillow sizing but they didn't answer, so I tried again today and they finally admitted it's not in stock before they tried to sell me a different one that I did not want.When I said it couldn't be out of stock because the website said it's in stock they said the website is not up to date. (sigh, I don't have time for this!) Then when I didn't want the mask they tried to fob me off with, they attempted to tell me that the mask I wanted is not made anymore and that I can't have it and even if I did, I won't be able to buy parts for it anywhere! Yet, I have seen the same mask for sale on other websites and with the spare parts too! Off to talk to the other CPAP shops who stock the mask I want! Not going to be fobbed off . They did not say they would order me in one or try to accomodate my wishes, just said I could not have what I was looking for. Yet it is on many other websites where I am already looking. The customer knows what the customer wants and the customer is going to have what they want, but from somewhere that's more helpful!!!

We completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, the mask you are seeking has been discontinued, and that we cannot re-order it from the manufacturer. Additionally, replacement parts for the discontinued mask you are seeking for are also unavailable, making it challenging to source them.

As an authorized re-seller, we are bound by the manufacturer’s decisions. If they choose not to produce a certain item, there’s nothing we can do on our end. If you wish, you can reach out to the manufacturer directly regarding the discontinuation and your concern.

We recommended a similar mask as part of our commitment to customer service. When an item is unavailable or discontinued, it’s a standard practice to suggest the next closest option.

Please keep in mind that out-of-stock or discontinued products on our website are for reference only. Yes, while some stores may have this item in stock it is due to overstock or item being unsold sold due to the fact of it unpopularity.

If our policies and recommendations don’t meet your needs, we understand if you decide to shop elsewhere. We encourage you to seek assistance from a provider that you find more helpful, as customer care is our top priority. As a matter of fact, it’s a great idea for you to shop elsewhere as we do not appreciate customers who are rude to our staff and /or try to ruin the reputation of a small business on such platforms.

Appalling service

Ordered mask Thursday. Paid extra for 1-2 day delivery. Monday, i email as no mask. No answer. Tuesday i call and get told they will investigate and call me back - they don’t. Wednesday and mask not even with courier yet! I email again and get accused of harassment. Apparently they don’t have control over getting the mask from them to the courier!

Quicker than expected delivery

Easy to find what I wanted on the online store, easy to checkout and delivered quicker than expected, well packaged too. I ordered filters and they were like for like what i have in my cpap machine. Cheapest I found online too.
Definitely use this company again

Minor order error handled perfectly

My first purchase from this business. I ordered two water tanks for my cpap machine but only one was sent. I contacted them the day the order arrived, they appologised for the error and immediately sent out the missing item.

The sign of a good business is how they handle an error when it occurs not when everything is going just peachy and in that respect I can't fault them.
