Great customer experience from CPAPdirect.com
I had an excellent experience with CPAP Direct. I first used this company a few years ago to purchase a battery that worked with my previous BiPAP machine, so that I would be able to use BiPAP during a camping trip in Oregon to watch the total solar eclipse.
When my old BiPAP machine expired after 15 years of service, I turned to CPAP Direct to buy the successor model, a Philips Respironics Auto BiPAP device, along with a matching heated humidifier and heated tubing. Customer service was great and CPAP Direct was able to match the best price I could find on the Internet. They shipped my order promptly and it arrived a day earlier than predicted.
One thing I should note: CPAP Direct does not always have a receptionist to answer the phone but, if you send their sales department an email, they will get back to you by phone shortly after you email them.
