I have not received this product and now I know why It is a major scam. I did check Amazon and they do have this product but not through Cozyhoome. do not order anything from this site

Have not still received my merchandise this is a straight scam would not purchase anything else from them ever again the people that they use to deliver the merchandise we seem to never get our packages my order number was 735116 you do better with the post office delivering the items stop being so cheap and sin our package the correct way

Not received my curling tongs order about 2 months ago

Terrible company - not to be trusted, sent an ‘empty’ tube of product - said they’d refund 50% - never did! Had to request via PayPal in the end, they lie on emails repeatedly - DO NOT PURCHASE - do NOT recommend at all!!!! Scam company!!!

Avoid this company. Don't buy anything from them. Tomas, they're thieves. I ordered silicone covers for car door locks. To this day, I haven't received them. I received something that was completely useless. There's no logo on the silicone and no mounting tape to use it. After requesting and sending photos of the received product, I received a reply that it would be replaced with one that matches the description. After measuring the time, I received something I don't even know what it is. They reply to my email (which is the only way to contact them) with some template, pasted into the email with a reply. Then, the height of rudeness was an offer to refund me 25% of the purchase. When I asked why only 25%, I didn't receive a reply. Ultimately, I have neither the order nor the money. Avoidant!

I purchased the micro fibre towels on 18th August. I emailed them a week a week ago, 9th September, to ask where my parcel was and they responded almost immediately apologising. I replied and they responded with a tracking link and stated it should have been 10 working days.
It is now 22nd and I have sent two emails over the last two days cancelling my order and requesting a full refund. Guess what?? No replies at all. Absolute scam.

Wouldn’t even give it one star if I had the option!!

I ordered 2 sensor lights for under my kitchen cupboard and was buy 2 get 2 free, the pictures on the site were 30 cm long and slim but what I received were 10 cm long if that, and to bulky to go under my units without being visible absolute con not as shown keep clear of these scammers.

SCAM!!! product from some asian country. Doesnt have directions you can read and the product doesnt work,.Probably chemical warfare

This company is a huge con. I ordered nail clippers which were really expensive but they seemed worth it. A padded envelope arrived in the mailbox. But it was empty. When I contacted them they said they would resend but I havn't received anything. All links to them now donot exist. So I am unable to contact them. I really should have read their reviews first because I definitely wouldn't of purchased anything from them. BEWARE

Avoid this firm. The product are poor

I ordered the 360° razor but received a cheap plastic version instead, which cut me the first time I used it. I contacted their customer service via email, but kept getting the same automated response multiple times with no real help.

I then opened a dispute through PayPal, but they just let it sit until the very last day without resolving anything. The support is absolutely useless.

To make things worse, the company recently changed its name from CozyHome to Wondolla, which feels like they’re trying to hide bad reviews or past complaints. Overall, this feels like a complete scam. Avoid at all costs!

This company has found a rather original way to scam customers. They entice a customer with a desirable product, announce its shipment and delivery date. The customer waits in keen anticipation, a couple of weeks later opens the parcel and …. instead of the long awaited expensive item finds a cheap, worthless replacement. You think, maybe it was an unintended, innocent mistake until you try to get the seller to refund the price because you are now suspicious enough to think that you might never get the article you ordered, so only a refund will do. Yes, I have suffered from this experience and to judge from the reviews quite a number of other have been disillusioned customers of this company – avoid COZY HOOME

False advertising, produce received is so small, it's certainly not worth the money i spent. Never again!!

Ordered item. Received a note from post office that postage was due. More than I paid for item! Refused delivery. Wish I would of read reviews first!

I ordered fabric, this was over 1 months ago. When I've chased delivery, they keep informing me this is in transit. Do not deal with this company.

Terrible bought small hair straighteners
They came 10 days later.
The were so flimsy they didn’t work
Sent an email to them waiting for a reply.
Trading standers need to stop this company advertising.

I ordered a shoulder brace to help me stand straight on May 10th. It got notice my order was received and would ship soon. Never received product and never heard anymore from Cozy Hoome. I think they are a scam and I don’t advise anyone to do business with them . I also will report them to BBB and post on FB they are fraudulent.

Not as advertised just rubbish SCAM do not buy from these scammers

Ordered an AM/PM pill dispenser but got a AM/Noon/PM dispenser. Despite several emails requesting how to return the incorrect product and get what I ordered and finally requesting a refund there was no reply. Calling the phone number for the company in Hong Kong just got a recorded message saying the number was unavailable.
