What a great company, we called Covkill as we thought we had an infestation problem.

The staff booked us in and we received multiple notifications of time they would arrive, with another message when Martin was in the way.

When Martin arrived he was extremely professional and took a look around the outside of our home, then upto the loft where the issue was.

He confirmed within minutes that bats were active in our loft.

He gave us some great advice and left us feeling wow.

What a great company, very well organised and extremely professional.

Rang Martin at 9am and he came out to us at 2.45 the same day. It’s the second time we have used Covkill, Martin is very professional , identified the issue very quickly, explained what would happen, dealt with it, all good. Would highly recommend this company

I called out Covkill on Friday 9th August 24 concerning wasps, they came on the following Tuesday afternoon 13th August 24.
I took him through to my conifers, he said first there’s no nest there’s not enough activity, he poked the conifers with my prop, he was swarmed and got stung on his lip. He said I’ll go and contact Martin but it’s a big job and a 2 man job and we will need to cut into your conifers, he left saying I’ll contact you later, no call that night or any night. If they could not or did not want the job they only had to say, not just ignore the issue. I contacted PG. PEST CONTROL, EXCELLENT SERVICE.

What an excuse and a complete untruth, on leaving my house your guy said I’ll call you later after speaking to you, you do not arrange to call a customer then go away for a week then only write your reply a week after you get back, after you read my trust pilot review.

Really efficient and professional local company. Visited property next day after reporting to eradicate wasp nest. Appreciated the accurate ring ahead process the evening before and prior to arriving in the morning. Thank you to Martin for a superb customer experience. Excellent service. Called out Covkill to deal with rodents in the garden. Martin came out the same day. Martin was completely efficient and effective. Martin's confident approach was very reassuring. Would highly recommend to anyone and use his service in the future.

Martin came out the same day, very friendly and knowledgeable, checked the area explained the best approach and treated the wasps next and explained to leave it a couple of weeks for the nest to dry out before removing it.
