Issue renewing on-line

I tried to renew our cover on-line, and as the details were the same except for a change in phone number, should have been easy. However, when I tried to submit the form, I got a message on the screen that said that there was an error on the form and to correct it. I could not see where there was an error, so I had to call customer service. I spoke to Catherine who sorted it out with no fuss. I was happy with the renewal price. This is why I have given this score.

The fact that you have renewed my…

The fact that you have renewed my policy with no renewal or quote is inhumane. The money has been STOLEN out of my account with no consent given. That in itself loses all respect for a company. Will not recommend and I will be seeking legal advice to get my money refunded.
