This was my first claim and I was a bit apprehensive as to how it would work out.
I needn't have worried, the process was straight forward and my claim was paid without any hassle
can't fault it highly recommended.

Impossible to find my credit card…

Impossible to find my credit card details for auto renewal on the website. Your auto renewal policy is poor.

Excellent Claim Process

It was very easy & quick to make a claim. I submitted the claim, 4 days later they responded indicating that I had made an omission, the following day they approved the claim & a few days later the payment was approved and processed. They informed me at each stage, very open & transparent. Highly recommended.

Website is easy to use, my only query was whether I was covered if I had already made the car hire reservation (but had not yet picked up the car) - I contacted customer services who replied within a few days.

Setting up the contract was easy...as for getting payment if the hire company decides there's an issue with the
hire car that will be the real test of the policy.
