I canceled this service just a day after I initially signed up before the trial period. Well comes the time they charge me so I went in and logged in and it showed that I wasn’t canceled yet and which I was. I requested them to refund me this amount because of their error. I was just doing a bitty search just to see if it was actually still on before they answered me well they sent me a message saying since I did a search we cannot refund the amount and it was there problem of not closing this account at the right time. They said they wouldn’t give me a refund so now I’m out $24.99.
I have now been refunded today. I’m happy now

Catherine was very helpful and resolved my issue. I did not want a subscription and it was not clear when I authorized the $1.99 payment that I was getting a monthly subscription

I wanted a one day access for $1.99. Somewhere in small print I guess I was signed up for $24.95 monthly membership. I was then surprised when my credit card was charged the next month.
It was a very deceptive transaction.

I had a case withdrawn and no longer viewable on my state’s court record lookup. The attorney told me it was as if the case had never happened. Yet, this site still shows the case AND the information like the filing date isn’t even accurate. It also lists just one case as two separate cases with different dates. This is a huge problem because people are impacted when someone does a search on them through this site and believe they have found information on them and it turns out it can be entirely false. It is also completely unjust to store data that the courts themselves removed over a year ago. Furthermore, I searched people who I know have active court cases that are viewable in their state’s records and they don’t show up. So my withdrawn and sealed case will show up, but not someone’s actual ongoing court cases. This company is a scam and should be shut down and sued.

This website did a 'free search' and claimed to find information. I paid the initial amount to access it and no information had been found. Completely falsified "found data" report to convince you to buy in when it actually found nothing. In addition it states you will get an email with a link to a cancellation optioin. That email never arrives. Everything abou this website was misleading.
I was able to find a phone number where the automated system said "transferring to an agent" which turned out to be an AI. There has been no information that was paid for provided nor ability to contact anyone otherwise,

I did a search to get a couple of docs and paid a small fee for them ($1.99). These docs turned out to be useless to me. I have not used their service since.
They tacked on a 7-day trial, which apparently, unbeknownst to me, turned into a recurring subscription. Their Order Summary says "1-Week Unlimited Access..." not "trial" or "subscription".
They then charged my card for $24.99.
I contacted them as soon as I saw the charge on my card and explained I never intended to subcribe. Their support has refused to provide a refund, hiding behind an e-mail sent after the fact (which I had not seen) and some fine print.
This kind of behaviour seems scummy to me.

I used this site ONCE and cancelled my subscription immediately. Yet for MONTHS, I've been charged $24.99, and I CANNOT log in anymore, even though my email address has not changed. This site is highly suspicious. I've contacted support, and now I am leaving this review. I need someone to cancel this subscription, or I am going to look into my options to get it handled at a higher level. Please help. This isn't right. And it's very, very suspicious in a fraudulent way.

We unfortunately got disconnected and she even called me back! I wish there were more people like her in the world. Very informative, excellent customer service, pleasant personality. She deserves recognition for her work today
