Recently, I did Pharmacy Technician Skills Training Diploma on Course Gate. It is really good. It gave me basic idea of work pattern, required skills and qualifications. Excellent Service
Just had to try and log in to my account after quite some time and as I no longer work at the same place this could have been a nightmare but luckily I had Matthew Archer on hand to help me. He managed to get me into my account quickly and then also help me with a subsequent request regarding a certificate and incorrect date which was swiftly resolved and I now have the right certificate and access to my account.

Effective & Efficient Customer Services
I wanted to pre-order my Kundalini Yoga certificate using the discount code that had popped up however, as I input my PayPal details, the thread completely disappeared. Really great customer service!
I had purchased a voucher in order for me to complete a course. When I tried the voucher it didn't work. I contacted Coursegate via the live chat and spoke to a lovely gentleman named Matthew Archer. He was so helpful and sorted everything out for me (sent me the email with all of the details required). Matthew reassured me and said that if I had any other problems/queries that I could get back in touch with them.
