Rachel in the Sidmouth branch of Cotton Traders was extremely friendly and went out of her way to help me.

Ordering online was made easy the clothes were true to size and in there shop the staff were very helpful

Just so easy to order what we wanted and been able to see what sizes were available.
Had delivered to a local CT store and easy to pick up.

Purchased 2 coats to be delivered to my nearest store which is over 1 and half hours drive away from me in Sidmouth. Reason for doing that is so I could try them on to see which coat fitted better and return the one not needed because I find that the size charts do not really relate to clothing nowadays, not consistent. I did not know if the store had changing rooms to even let me do this but thought I would see what would happen. Coats were waiting for me and I explained to Jo the Customer Services lady in Cotton Traders in Sidmouth what I wanted to do. She was extremely helpful. She opened the coats for me, showed me where I could try them on and then she even filled out the forms to return the unwanted coat within the store. She could not have done anything else to make my first experience any better. Quality of the All-Weather Fleece Lined Waterproof Coat is amazing. Coat is lightweight but, to me, is still warm, it is not bulky but feels substantial. I wish there was a 2 way zip but not a deal breaker, just more convenient for when sitting down. As I am a first time customer I was reminded of times gone by where staff would go out of their way to help customers and clothing was of such fantastic high quality. Very happy New Customer and a big thank you to Jo.

Being able to collect at a store

The assistant was very helpful. I needed to know more about a product and she spent some time trying to answer the question. Also very friendly.

Picked my order up from a local branch. The shop assistant was very helpful.

Easy access to website and brochures.

Having ordered online to collect in store. having continued to check the status of my order, it sat as dispatched for 2 weeks. I contacted them and they said they will be in contact when it arrives in store. 5 days later still no contact. so emailed again and they said it arrived. the date being before the last email so they lied to me about it arriving. status still sat as dispatched. so NEVER had any contact from the store to say it was ready to collect. After collecting the status still remained as dispatched. who knows how long they were going to sit on this order before actually communicating. Pointless and a waste of time and a customer lost.

Ordered 2 shirts on line, picked up at local store. But they were too big. Very easy to return and reorder. Fast and efficient service both on line and at store. thank you.

Easy to order and pay. Fast delivery. I ordered 2 items, one as out of stock, but I was updated on that. Good quality items as a reasonable price.

Comfortable lightweight summer trousers very nice

It was great to discover a branch of Cotton Traders while on holiday in Sidmouth. The branch near me closed last year and the nearest one is now 30 miles away. It was good to feel the cloth and try on an item to choose the best size. I bought a t-shirt and looked at a blouse that unfortunately the shop did not have my size in stock. The shop had a good display of clothes both for myself and my husband. The assistant was very helpful.

Made a purchase on line to be delivered to a local Cotton Traders store. Fitted garment on in store to ensure it fitted. Like to shop this way to avoid inconvenience of making possible returns. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Collected my parcel from Sidmouth store today. The ladies are so lovely and welcoming, and the other lady who wasn't in today is always lovely too.

Very helpful staff. Bought trousers and asked about different colours in the same style. The girl wrote down the details for me and let me know they’d be in later in the week.
