Nottcuts Garden Centre shop notified me…
Nottcuts Garden Centre shop notified me that my parcel had arrived. When I phoned to explain my husband was in hospital and as I was no longer able to drive they could not have been more helpful. They put a notice on my parcel to say I was in touch with them and assured me it would not be sent back after the time limit as I had been in touch with them. It was a week later when my daughter was able to take me to fetch the order and they could not have been kinder even asking how my husband was and thanking me for getting in touch with them. I would recommend anyone within the Nottingham, Derbyshire area to this shop. Its not the first time they have been really helpful and they always have smiles and a friendly atmosphere for all their customers. Unortunately I found it too difficult to leave a review in just 200 words but they are brilliant.

Well laid out store.
I don’t very often go into my nearest store as I order on line. The store was bright and everything was at hand. The sales person was very helpful and cheery , something always a plus.

I ordered three items(1/2 rib Top…
I ordered three items(1/2 rib Top Jacket, Heritage Rugby and Summer Chino) on 9 Mar. The delivery arrived today, but only two items were included. Both the receipt and the confirmation email state that all three items were delivered.
This was my first time ordering online, and I am really disappointed with the experience.

On reviewing your order, I can see that when you placed the order the summer chino’s will have shown a due in date of 7-14 days and I apologise is this was not made clear when placing your order. The chinos are due in to are warehouse on the 19/03/26 and after allowing for quality controls check will then be dispatched to you and delivered within 3 working days. If you no longer wish to wait for this item please can you either email us at customerservice@cottontraders.com or call our friendly Customer Care team on 0161 286 4321 who will be happy to help.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this and I do hope that you still wish to wait for the chinos.
