I was weary of ordering from a company that has so few TrustPilot reviews but I needn’t have worried. Before placing an order, I rang up with a query that necessitated the measuring of a product. Somebody rang me back within minutes with the necessary info. I placed my order and the goods have arrived well-packaged and in good condition. Can confirm that their next day delivery did, indeed, arrive the next day.

I purchased a pepper mill from this company 8 weeks before gifting it so only discovered it was faulty quite late. Sophie from customer services immediately responded to the issue, arranging a replacement from the company that made the item. I hugely appreciate the prompt and helpful response, not always the case these days. As a result I will seek to source further items from them. Excellent service.

Just love Cotswold Trading, it has such a beautiful range of gifts and at competitive prices. Sadly I don't live close enough to their store to browse, but their online business is second to none. Just took delivery of a parcel, each item beautifully wrapped in tissue paper, glassware in perfect condition, and I was particularly pleased with the speed of delivery. Thanks Cotswold Trading, I will be back soon for Christmas shopping!

The photo frames arrived in 3 days, perfectly packed and cheaper than many other websites (including the manufacturer's!) with a 10% discount for my first order. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cotswold Trading - this order was definitely 5* service.

I ordered some plant pots online afterwards realising I wanted a rug for the kitchen and phoned customer services. They were so helpful and the items came quicker than stated on the website which was nice. Both items were high quality and well packaged. Would definately buy from them again.
