Bought a PC off Amazon

Bought a PC off Amazon, parcel went missing although it didn’t DPD driver clearly stole it as the photo is of the parcel int he drivers side door with their legs in the image at the side of the road. It was scanned 4 miles from my house which DPD confirmed when we contacted them. Had to go through seller on Amazon who said wait ten days for an answer we’ve waited over 20 days with no response from the seller and no refund. Our son still has no birthday gift. Would never buy from this seller again

Brought a computer though amazon from this company which from day one it failed to work correctly so asked to return it for full refund and they refused and told me to claim of my credit card
They are a horrible company and scam customers so if you like your money then do not use this firm

Brought a computer from this company and it stopped working
Got it from Amazon and they will not refund me for it and told me there is nothing they can do
