I was looking for a Nikon camera after a disappointing experience with an OM-3. On my website searches, I came across Cotswold Cameras with, what seemed to be, prices that were too good to be true.
I purchased a Z8 with a 24-70 f4 S-line lens. I knew that the items were being sourced from international suppliers, but that did not concern me.
I received my new camera and lens 8 working days after placing the order. Communications from Cotswold were very informative, and I have no hesitation in awarding them 5 stars. I will definitely use Cotswold again when I make a purchase.

I couldn't believe the Price difference from the main dealers, I thought it can't be right, but I asked about a few Birders and was told it is. So I thought I'd bite the bullet and order the Sony a7v. It arrived Brand New and is a fantastic camera. I ordered a new Nikon Z9 at very competitive price at Cotswoldcameras. I was surprised by the difference comparing to Amazon or other seller such as London’s more known shops. I had however specific needs for the delivery as I was out of the country for about 20 days. Cotswoldcameras were extremely helpful and fast responding and arranged all as I needed. The personalised contact with David in The shop was super useful as I knew I could have all I needed with the right portion of flexibility. Brilliant to deal with, from the initial support desk emails to the purchase / delivery communication. The packaging of the camera delivery was also the best I’ve seen with extra protection on the outer packaging to keep the investment safe and secure. The camera, a Canon R6 mk3 has been a joy.

After checking they could supply the lens I was after (a quickly returned email) I placed my order.
The delivery was very fast and I received my lens in about a week.

Very cautious at first as I have never, knowingly, purchased items through a UK Grey import supplier. However I read reviews and looked for feedback from customers who had used Cotswold Cameras; who's eased my concern. Anyway I took the bate and everything went well with no issues, with good communications. Received my camera around 2/3 weeks later and I was very pleased with the product and my savings £££ I made.
Would definately use Cotawold Cameras again.

Have bought 3 cameras and several lenses here - always great value and good service. But the test is always when something goes wrong! The latest body (Nikon z6iii) had a minor fault - no argument, they took it straight back and immediately sent out a brand new replacement. Will always use and recommend them in the future.
