Having found the camera I wanted, Canon SX740hs I started looking for one. Only ones I could find were refurbished and I really wanted new. I then found Corswold Cameras, they answered my emails swiftly and gained my confidence. Having done more due diligence I decided to purchase my camera. True to their word the camera arrived 7-14 days later, actually 8 days so very happy. The camera is superb and open to English language which some are not. I couldn’t be happier and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

I've now bought two things from CC and am more than satisfied. In the latest case, my camera shutter died unexpectedly and I was told it was beyond economic repair. My imminent photography-based holiday was therefore ruined.

I bought a replacement right away from CC and they were able to expedite shipping, getting it to me so I could still go away.

The Item arrived very well packaged and exactly as described brand new. It works perfectly and the price is unbeatable. I trusted them as I'm a returning client. For a first time buyer it could be a little awkward as there is not too much information about the status of the order. My order arrived earlier than expected. Highly recommend them.

I was initially quite suspicious because the lens was listed for around 43% less than what I was seeing elsewhere. It honestly seemed too good to be true.

Before ordering, I checked Trustpilot and saw that Cotswold Cameras had an excellent 4.9/5 rating, which gave me more confidence. I also emailed them twice with a couple of questions and received helpful replies within two working days.

I decided to place the order and, after about seven days, the lens arrived exactly as described and in perfect condition.

The entire process went smoothly from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Communication was good, everything was delivered as promised, and the experience matched the excellent reputation they have built.

The only thing I would like to see is a faster delivery option for customers who are happy to pay extra for it. Other than that, I would happily buy from them again.

Ordered a new "long" lens for my Canon EOS after searching the Internet for a good price. I was pleasantly surprised with the price offered and with the service I received. The product arrived within the quoted timescale in perfect condition even though I was concerned when DPD delivered it in a damaged box, luckily thanks to expert packaging the actual box containing the lens was untouched. Originally I was a bit apprehensive about ordering from a company I hadn't heard of but after reading the reviews I was reassured and I would recommend anyone looking for camera gear at a great price to give them a go !!

I was pleased to find the camera I was searching for at a very good discounted price. Of course there are compromises when you get such a saving and in this case it was delivery time. This was no "next day" Amazon style service, with a 10 day or so promised delivery. There was a mix up (at my end) with payment and I was disappointed that it wasn't possible to telephone to resolve it. However, we communicated by email and the problem was fixed. Delivery was made within the specified time.

Overall I would love better communication, rather than waiting for a response to an email, but at that price I have no real complaints. I'm happy to recommend them.

Great value buying a lens from Cotswold Cameras, lowest price I could find on the internet. The brand new lens arrived within the 10-14 working days delivery promised.

It can always be a bit unnerving ordering nowadays when you see a good price. But I had a great experience with Cotswold Camera, the communication was great as I had a couple of issues on my side, the delivery was as promised and tracking was perfect.

I ordered an OM5 MkII with 14-150mm lens, my third purchase from Cotswold Cameras. The delivery date range spanned a period when we’d be away. So, I asked if the delivery could be delayed to ensure we would be in to receive the delivery. Cotswold replied “ no problem”. Much to my pleasant surprise, Cotswold sent the kit by Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive well before our trip. Excellent, professional service. Thank you.

Camera and lens arrived just into the expected time envelope, registered with OM Systems for the extended warranty.
What a camera the OM-3 is. I've barely scratched the surface figuratively speaking, but already loving the built in ND filters. The quality of photos are fantastic, matched with the 12-45mm I am really impressed with the sensor.
Sold my Canon 6D mk2 and really wasn't convinced I was doing the right thing.
I am now.
