Brought Nikon D7500 and Z50ii with kit lens, excellent value for money lot cheaper than anywhere else, camera firmware was updated by them to the latest version on both cameras and got free wall charger with z50ii, will be back for more gear

20% saving on Amazon. Yes, I know it's not quite a like for like comparison as it's a grey import. But that £200 saved is real and will go towards the next lens.

I was hesitant at first as the pricing was so competitive. I purchased a Nikon ZF with lens for the same price as a used model would be from other suppliers in the UK. It arrived exactly within the scheduled time. The camera and lens were packed very well and everything works fine. I will definitely use them again.

This is the third time I've used Cotswold Cameras and I'm 100% happy to recommend them again. This time it was a Laowa 20mm f4 Shift Lens which wasn't listed as a stock item, but I enquired by email, had an immediate, positive and helpful response, and received the lens just a week later. Needless to say the price was way lower than list price. Communication with this family-run UK business is always fantastic...they're always helpful, professional and eager to please. 3 years' warranty, loyalty points, etc etc...

I ordered a lens from Cotswold Cameras as ot was around £200 cheaper than anywhere else.

I was a bit hesitant at first, and anxious as the tracking hadn't been updated in a couple of days so emailed them to follow up. Thier communication was great. Not only did he take the time to get back to me thoroughly, he followed up again confirming dispatch and gave me an updated ETA. It took around 2 weeks to arrive.

The lens is perfect, no problems. Can't recommend enough.

Great price and service, what more could be wanted?

Before buying I had some questions which were replied to with clarity and within one day of contact. I was reassured every time I contacted the company. Estimated delivery was in between 7-14 days and it arrived around 7 days. Great response time, great customer service, great delivery time, with great prices, making me able to afford my dream camera and lenses!

I initially was unsure if I would purchase through Cotswold Cameras. The prices seemed to be just too good. After reading many reviews, I came to realise that they source the cameras from other countries and ship them in to the UK. Hence the cheaper price.
Many reviews made comments about lack of communication, but many also praised the company on their after sales support, warranty and worst case scenario, getting their money back. So I took the plunge and ordered a new DSLR and lens costing around £1300. Straight away I received a confirmation email, and then a few days later a further email saying that the item was ready to be dispatched and the courier would be in contact when it was due to be delivered. That final email never came, but the camera and lens did arrive within the original 10-14 days that had been mentioned. The packaging was extremely good ad there was no damage. Interestingly, the package appears to have been sent from Glasgow. The camera, lens and boxes are all brand new. I didnt order a battery charger, so cant comment if a 3pin UK plug would have been supplied. There was no customs tax to be paid either, as their website had promised. All in, excellent and would consider using them again.

I got a Nikon D780 for £600 less than if I had bought it from Nikon and although the cameras from Cotswold Cameras are grey market mine had a UK plug and I was able to register it with Nikon. Also delivery was only around a weeks so quicker than expected

I’ve purchased cameras and lenses from Cotswold Cameras and have had a consistently great experience. Their range of equipment is excellent, and everything I’ve received has been exactly as described and in perfect condition.
The ordering process was smooth, delivery was quick, and the items were well packaged. What really stood out was their customer service, very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to any questions I had.

Brilliant. You can barely find lower prices than these guys. I bought from them because the other website I buy from was out of stock for that particular lens. Cotswoldcameras had the same lens in stock for only about 80 euros more, which was way better than buying it from the european market. Shipping was prompt, less than three weeks. The only “issue” was that the order information did not update afrer dispatch. It was still showing under “processing” but once I emailed them, they assured me it’s on it’s way in less than 24 hours. No issues, it got to my adress a few days later. Totally reccomend.

I have used Cotswold Cameras on several occasions for my new equipment. Each time I have found them to be the best competitive priced supplier and have received each pice of equipment in the time frame quoted. Always well packaged, never encountered any issues with anything and I now default to their website first when wanting new equipment.

This is the third time I've used you and each time has been eactly what you promised. On all three occasions the products arrived within the timeframes quoted and without any issues.

This time my camera arrived with a charger that had a USA plug (as stated it was coming from abroad) but there was a UK adaper included and it works perfectly. To be honest that was a minor thing when taking into accunt that the camera was brand new, came exacty as it would have if I'd bought it in a shop but was significantly cheaper. If I bought a new Canon battery charger for it in UK the whole package would still have been over £1000 cheaper. I'm very happy indeed.

I will continue to use them for my camera equipment and would recommend them without hesitation.
