I stumbled upon this company while looking for artificial grass in one foot squares. Found this company carries a good variety of products which are stylish and great for homes.

Not happy Costway!
I had a terrible experience with Costway. I purchased a floor rug from KMart Marketplace unfortunately the seller was Costway.
I ordered a cream rug (which was pictured on the listing) and they sent me a dark grey/blue one.
It was near impossible to find out how to return it.
So I contacted KMart Customer Service and they contacted Costway - 3 times!
Costway refuse to accept they sent the wrong colour and won’t accept the rugs return.
No way will I ever purchase anything from KMarts Marketplace again.
It’s been a nightmare.
So now I’m saddled with a dark grey rug (which I hate) and substantially out of pocket.😡

Bought 4 bar stools off Amazon on the…
Bought 4 bar stools off Amazon on the 19th of April. Was supposed to be there by that Friday. Got the last of 2 boxes on Monday. These 4 barstools were a house warming gift. The house warming party was Saturday. 1 box of 2 came Saturday we put them together and one stool has a short leg.
Costway is making it almost impossible to get a refund.

parts were bent out of box - spent 2 weeks trying to upload pics to their web site with no luck - after over 10 hours with tech support (seel) they cannot get ther suppor site to work and just keep sending me the same directions to upload pic - sill getting nowhere as it am trying to return the grill but getting no help except that they are back logged and sorry for the delay - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!
