Buyer beware! I am usually very understanding with online companies and usually have really positive experiences, but to not allow returns for items that arrive late is ridiculous. I ordered two costumes and they arrived two days after Halloween. I emailed them the very day (today) I got the package and their customer service said that the return window was closed and sent me the return policy. Not a very good experience!

Ordered well before Halloween. Was told would be here in time. Received the costume November 1st. Didn't open it and am now told I cannot return it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered a dog costume for Halloween and was assured it would arrive for Halloween. It arrived on Oct. 31st but at 10 pm when all the festivities were over. I never even removed the costume from the poly envelope and they will not give me my money back. Should have checked these reviews first :(

I ordered Halloween costumes for my 3 children and paid next day delivery for them. They didn’t show up, gave them a few more days before contacting them to which they have not replied. Still haven’t received the costumes. DO NOT ORDER

Order was wrong - they have no phone number and are rude via email and refuse to offer any kind of customer service. Terrible company - never got what I ordered or got my money back.

Horrible! Never received my son’s costume that I ordered over a month ago. Only way to contact the company is via email and no response to my 5 emails and no response on social media. I am going to need to request my bank refund my almost $50. This company is ripping people off left and right I see!!! Horrible!!!

Appalling customer service. Ordered a costume for nativity play that didn't arrive in time. Returned via royal mail in December using the company's own return system, still no refund in mid March.

So much trouble with this company. Ordered a costume on 3rd November and paid extra for next day delivery. My costume still hasn’t arrived 2 days later so I email them that even when I check the tracking link they sent (delivery by DPD) it says DPD haven’t picked up the costume. They tell me deliveries are late due to Halloween - which was a week ago! They then never respond to my follow up email. I have to request a chargeback via my bank, which I receive, only for Costumes.com to charge my card again a month later! Stay way clear of them.

Excellent customer service. Item sent with DPD and lost by them but when i contacted costumes team by email they responded within hours and offered an immediate refund or replacement. Replacement was with me in under 48hours. Will use this company again.

Ordered 3 costumes and got them delivered next day. One of the costumes had an issue which was promptly replaced. Fast support and speedy delivery. Good quality costumes although size charts could do with some improvement. Overall I am happy.

Scam. I have tried to place 2 orders and am unable to email because it just keeps spinning. I called the number listed and it gives a message saying the number was not assigned.

My order hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks. They blame the Royal Mail strikes but Royal Mail tracking says they haven’t received it yet. I have received items from other companies via Royal Mail that were ordered later.

In the photo was a size for a golden retriever in a large it got delivered and was the size for a stupid shitzu

Returns a nightmare not interested. No one gets back to you. Buy elsewhere as the company is a joke

I ordered a Halloween costume from this company.
It arrived a little later than expected, so I ended up not using it.

As a result, I returned the costume. This arrived with them on 16/11/22. I chased the refund 22/11 and was informed they are significantly delayed in refunds.
It's now 30/11/22. No sign of a refund, no further correspondence.

Be very cautious with this company!

Wish I could rate a zero- no customer service - I never received my costume - they only let you contact them by email but then they don't answer the email. I paid express shipping and just never received anything. They are a total Scam and now I have a very dissapointed child who never received her costume. horrible and they should be out of business!!!! Would NEVER recommend.

Actually would make it no stars. Ordered a Halloween costume on 10/23. Paid for expedited shipping (supposed to get it in 2 days). Emailed them to check on the orders when it hadn't been delivered. Did not receive email from them. Should hàve known it was a scam company as there was no phone to contact. Finally got and email saying it was being shipped but stated on tracking notice said I would receive it October 31 at 7 pm. Hello...
Halloween is over. There site said there is no refunds unless it is at least 7 days before holiday. Big scam

I ordered a costume and gloves. They sent me gloves no costume just said out of stock on form and now I have no outfit for my Halloween party tomorrow. This is a scam company I have requested a refund and charged me 7 pound shipping for gloves that cost 1.99 and took 50 pound off me. Scam. Very dissappointed
