From buying to delivery and fixing the bike was fantastic.

Price, fast delivery, communication

Cheap and easy to order, and it arrived 1,5 day later. They only problem with the delivery was the PostNL. They said in the Track & trace that they will deliver it in a shop near my house, bit after work it was standing in front of my door. The delivered just ringed the door and walked away when nobody openened the door, and put a signing himself. To install the bike was a bit difficult, the problem was the brake. But its done now by an old bicycle mechaniker

The bike arrived very quickly, assembly was very easy since there is a video, the bike was very beautiful and my daughter really liked it...

Very fast delivery which is positive but there was no written instructions for assembly.
Also shared youtube video was not really helpful

Clear information on the website, fast delivery and useful YouTube videos to easily do the montage of the bicycle yourself. The bicycle was delivered in box, and well protected against damage.
It's a good quality bike, for a very nice price.

The bike was good and it was delivered without any problems. It was easy to assemble it. Only problem: it said it will be delivered the next day and it was delivered quite a couple of days later. I guess it was because I purchased it in good Friday.

Good bike for what you pay for but you need to do some installation. There were some scratches on the bike as well which I didn’t care

Easy assembling, good bike for the price. Highly comfortable seats and grip. Slightly on heavier side. Best for enjoying a decent city ride.

My order came so fast and it’s so perfect

The shipping process was not handled very carefully - the box arrived badly damaged, which caused some minor damage to the product (specifically the mudguard). I understand this may not be the bike company’s direct responsibility. Communication with Cortego regarding the shipping timeline was also somewhat lacking, as responses were not fully clear.
After assembling the bike (though I encountered a few challenges, likely due to my inexperience) I’ve started using it and am very happy with it. It feels like a sturdy and durable bicycle, I am very happy with it.
