If you are experiencing a hardship situation, this company is not for you.
Intake was done over the phone, resulting in a plan that does not reflect a true hardship situation as not all of the information given is listed on the worksheet that they fill out. The payments are based on the debt load , not your ability to pay. The agent will assure you that they will work with you until they do not. I needed to make payments starting a couple of months into the future. My agent said he undersrtood, I would contact him 7-10 days prior to the scheduled date and he would extend it to the next month, and again until the target date to start. That plan worked for one month. I notified him the following month but the payment processed anyway, and the NSF has locked up my account, so far, for 4 days. Another agent said she found no documentation of postponing the payments (s). The last response I received from my agent was, "I tried to help you and I have done nothing but waste time on this file I have people who truly need my help and I am very busy to be speaking about a refund on a payment. I have about 15 appointments today to be very honest and truthful with you customer service processes the refunds not me so you no longer need me contact them I’ve been as nice as I could be but I won’t have my time wasted either my time is very valuable ma’am.
